Kyle Massey, best known for his role as Cory Baxter on Disney's That's So Raven, has been charged with sending sexually explicit photos and videos to a 13-year-old girl.
According to court documents reviewed by NBC News, the alleged interaction occurred on Snapchat between December 2018 and January 2019.
The felony charge was filed in King County Superior Court in Washington on June 14 and saw the 29-year-old actor formally accused of communicating with a minor for immoral purposes.
The alleged victim's mother provided the authorities with a flash drive believed to have contained incriminating material, according to the court documents
In some of the footage retrieved from the flash drive, a man can be seen exposing himself.

The mother also informed police that around the time the teen was allegedly receiving the explicit messages, Massey had asked the mom to send her daughter from Seattle to Los Angeles to stay with him and his girlfriend.
Investigators obtained data from Snapchat for Massey's alleged account on the app and saw messages between him and the young girl that supported the court filing.
Court documents show that prosecutors are seeking a sexual assault protection order for the 13-year-old - identified only as MR - and a ban on contact between her and Massey.

They also called for an order banning Massey from the internet "absent installation of a computer monitoring system".
According to USA Today, in 2019, the girl's mother had filed a civil lawsuit in California accusing the actor of the same crime - but it was ultimately dropped by her legal team because "Massey didn't have enough money to make the case worth it."
At the time, Massey vehemently denied the accusations, saying in a statement through his lawyer Lee Hutton, per People: "No child should ever be exposed to sexually explicit materials, and I unequivocally and categorically deny any alleged misconduct."
The mother says Massey and her daughter met in 2009 when she was only four years old and kept in touch with the youngster because she had dreams of an acting career.
In the wake of the felony charge, Massey has lost out on an endorsement deal with vape company Dr. Dabber, PageSix reports.
