Justin Baldoni's lawyer has released a text that Blake Lively allegedly sent, claiming it shows that she invited him into her trailer while breastfeeding.
If you're struggling to keep up with this story - don't worry, you aren't the only one.
Each day there appears to be a new update as Baldoni and Lively have filed lawsuits against each other due to alleged behavior as they filmed It Ends With Us.

The dispute began in December 2024 when Lively filed a lawsuit accusing her It Ends With Us co-star of sexual harassment and a campaign of "social manipulation".
Subsequently, Baldoni and his legal team filed a counter-suit against Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds, publicist Leslie Sloan, and PR agency PR Vision.
Baldoni’s claims include civil extortion, defamation, false light invasion of privacy, and breach of good faith, among other allegations.
Freedman has dismissed Lively’s accusations as “categorically false” and says the counter-suit is “based on an overwhelming amount of untampered evidence.”

While filming, Lively allegedly gave a list of 30 demands to the production company for the movie to resume.
One of them supposedly read: "No more entering, attempting to enter, interrupting, pressuring or asking Blake Lively to enter her trailer or the makeup trailer by James Heath or Justin Baldoni while she is nude, for any reason."
This links to a claim that Baldoni entered Lively's trailer while she was breastfeeding, which he claims he was invited to do.
As part of the legal proceedings, both parties have presented alleged text messages to support their claims.
Among these is a message dated June 3, 2023, shared with NewsNation. In the exchange, Lively allegedly wrote: "I'm just pumping in our trailer if you want to work out our lines."
Baldoni reportedly replied: "Eating with crew and will head that way."

The text conversation, which allegedly took place after the events of harassment described by Lively, concludes with her writing: "Take your time."
Baldoni’s legal team argues that this exchange undermines Lively’s claims, pointing to her invitation as evidence of comfort and a lack of boundaries on her part.
The lawsuit further asserts that Lively “was so close and comfortable with Baldoni that she freely breastfed in front of him during meetings” and even took photos of him holding and soothing her baby.
“They laughed deliriously during late-night writing sessions,” the lawsuit adds. “All of these events took place after the alleged sexual harassment. Lively’s accusations seemed to come out of the blue.”
Bryan Freedman defended his client’s position, saying: "What you're starting to see is a complete turnaround in the story. People will be questioning whether this is truthful or not."

He further criticized the omission of the text message in media coverage, stating: "When Blake Lively says she was sexually harassed, because Justin Baldoni went into her trailer whilst she was breastfeeding, what she failed to talk about is the invitation she sent in a text message.
"It’s right there in a text message. [The New York Times] will have reviewed a thousand pages, why didn't they find that one?"
