Yes, it is the reunion many of us - especially Oasis fans - never thought we'd see.

Back in the 90s, Oasis became one of the greatest and most influential bands in history, thanks to albums like (What's the Story) Morning Glory? and Definitely Maybe.

Iconic anthems like 'Wonderwall', 'Stop Crying Your Heart Out', 'Champagne Supernova', 'Live Forever', and so many more have become timeless classics that will outlive the band, as new generations of fans continue to discover and appreciate the Manchester natives.

However, seeing the band live has long felt like an impossibility, as Noel and Liam refused to see eye-to-eye following a blow-out in Paris, leading to the group's split in 2009.

However, after days of rumors and teases, Oasis have announced their return to the stage - comprising of a 14-show tour in the UK and Ireland next summer.

In the announcement, they said: "The guns have fallen silent. The stars have aligned. The great wait is over. Come see. It will not be televised."

The band will be visiting the cities of London, Manchester, Cardiff, Edinburgh, and Dublin -- adding that these will be the "only shows in Europe next year".
