Actor Moses J Moseley has tragically died at the age of 31.
He is perhaps best known by fans for his role in AMC's The Walking Dead, but also amassed a following thanks to his guest-starring roles on shows like Queen of the South and Watchmen.
The actor also appeared in The Hunger Games: Catching Fire in 2013.
The news was confirmed on Monday by Moseley's agent, Tabatha Minchew, who said in a statement: "Everyone loved Moses. He never met a stranger. He loved his fans as much as his family and friends. He was always excited to get auditions and work."
Minchew continued: "He was a great friend for 10 years or more.
"He was the kind of person who you could call in the middle of the night if you needed to talk or needed anything. He will be deeply missed by so many, his friends, family, costars, and fans."
Several of Moseley's co-stars from The Walking Dead have also taken to social media to pay their respects to the late actor.
Jeremy Palko, who played Andy on the show, tweeted: "Heartbroken to hear of the passing of @MosesMoseley Just an absolute kind and wonderful human being [...] You will be missed my friend."
And Addy Miller, who played Summer in season one of the show, wrote: "[So] heartbroken to hear about the passing of this bright, kind soul. moses had such a positive energy around him and always lifted those around him. [The Walking Dead] family won’t be the same without him. rest in peace, Moses [sic]".
As reported by The Independent, Moseley was found dead in the Hudson Bridge area of Stockbridge, Georgia, on Wednesday, January 26.
TMZ has reported that law enforcement officials are investigating the actor's death as a possible suicide, although, no official cause of death has been confirmed as of this writing.
A family member told the outlet that they hadn't heard from Moseley since last Sunday, which led to them filing a missing persons report on Wednesday. After contacting OnStar, Moseley's car was tracked and his body was discovered soon after.
Moseley appeared in six episodes of the hit post-apocalyptic show, first making his appearance as one of Michonne's "Pet Walkers", who is later revealed to be her former lover named Mike (also played by Aldis Hodge).
Our thoughts are with Moseley's family, friends, and fans at this time.
