A man livestreamed his standoff with FBI agents, capturing the chilling moments right before he was shot and killed.

Chue Feng Yang from Minnesota was killed early on Thursday morning after a standoff with armed agents who were outside of his home in St. Paul to question him about a suspected car theft.

As per The Associated Press, Yang, as well as another person, Raylean Gurneau, were both accused of shooting a dog with a BB gun multiple times inside a stolen SUV and later abandoning the wounded animal in Bloomington and fleeing the scene.

When law enforcement officers turned up at his house, Yang went on a Facebook livestream and recorded several minutes of his negotiation before heading outside armed with a gun and a woman tied to his body as some sort of shield.

Gunshots could be heard immediately after the 33-year-old exposed himself.

A federal affidavit released later on the same day confirmed that Yang was killed at the scene of the stand-off, while another person, later believed to be Gurneau, was left injured.

"After barricading himself for several hours, the subject was armed as he emerged from the home," the FBI statement read according to a report published by Star Tribune. "The subject was fatally wounded, and another individual required medical assistance. Both were transported to the hospital."

Gurneau was initially being treated at North Memorial Health for an apparent fentanyl overdose, according to the affidavit. She is now reported to be in a stable condition.

Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O'Hara and Hennepin County Sheriff Dawanna Witt were on the scene before the FBI arrived at approximately 5 AM.

"This person was on social media videotaping what was happening from inside the residence live," O'Hara said as per the report. "Clearly, from his own social media, this person was armed during this incident."

Yang appeared on the livestream twice, and as stated in the affidavit, he said he hoped the FBI brought "body bags" with them.

He can be seen sitting with what appears to be a firearm while he's on the phone with a negotiator who can be heard telling him: "I know you know you're in control of this, and you can end this at any time, but it doesn't mean that you need to end your life or anyone else's lives today."

In the comments of the social media post, friends begged him to surrender.

"You and I, we're on the same page, but it just seems more and more like you don't want to work with me," the negotiator told him. "I was just told what you posted on Facebook and there was a goodbye message?"

"Yeah," Yang confirmed, referring to the fact that he posted a status, saying: "I love you guys. Please be good to one another."

It was alleged that the suspect also warned that he was armed so if any agents did enter his home, he would shoot them. He also claimed he had bombs and would detonate them.

Gurneau was also present in some of the footage.

At one point after Yang puts the phone down on the negotiator, she can be heard saying: "Please, don't do this, we can get through this, baby."

Then a window was heard breaking, and he can be heard saying: "I'm going to do it."

"We have a f****** baby coming," she states.

But it's no use. The pair disappear off the camera for a few minutes and later emerge with Gurneau tied to Yang's body.

"I love you," he says, before they walk out the door to the sound of bullets firing from agents.

As per The Associated Press, Yang’s criminal history included convictions for terroristic threats, burglary, illegal firearm possession and auto theft. He also had three outstanding felony warrants for his arrest.
