A man has dodged criminal charges after he accidentally flashed a teen after taking super-strength Viagra.

David Bruce Richardson, 51, from Darwin, Australia, was attending an orgy when he opted to take the pill to help him during the evening.

Sadly for David, the good time he had in mind quickly fell apart as he had no idea that the pill, named Pit Bull Super, would have such adverse effects.

This specific Viagra is not approved by the TGA - Therapeutic Goods Administration.

As reported by the Daily Mail, at the orgy, David began to panic because of the excruciating pain he was experiencing, especially after the side of his penis began to split due to the lack of circulation.

Feeling like he was "about to explode", he left the orgy but instead of going to receive medical attention, he went to a Hungry Jack's drive-thru where the flashing incident took place, per NT News.

The member of staff that was flashed was 16-years-old and was reportedly "reduced to tears" over the incident.

David's lawyer Peter Maley told Darwin Local Court: "He was with a number of young ladies and they were having relations and he says that his erection would not cease and it became extremely painful.

"He pulled into Hungry Jack's, he's purchased some food, there was a towel, he says he didn't get out of the car, he was dreadfully embarrassed."

Speaking to the Daily Mail, David said: "I wasn't trying to expose myself to the poor young girl. The pill was way too strong. I'm surprised it's legal to sell that stuff, and I was in a lot of pain.

"I wasn't trying to flash myself at anyone. I just wanted to grab a feed and go home."

Judge Therese Austin agreed with David that there had been no sexual misconduct and the incident was accidental, but stated that he should have gone to the hospital as opposed to getting food.

"There's no evidence before me that you intended to behave the way you did for any sort of sexual gratification," the judge said.

The effects of the pill took several days to wear off, and David had to spend the time resting.

"It's been giving me a lot of grief and anxiety. Really been playing on my mind," he said. "Then there's the embarrassment of talking with police about it and having it turned into front-page news in the local paper."

It seems like the embarrassment is enough of a punishment for David...
