McDonald's is giving away fries for 'Free Fries Friday'

If you're a British McDonald's fan, then you're about to read the news that will make your whole week: they're giving away free fries this Friday!

Dubbed 'Free Fries Friday', on November 22, you can swing by the restaurant chain and pick up a box of medium fries for free. However, you can't simply waltz up to the counter and ask for free fries, you have to order them through the app.

Providing that you're aged 16 or over, if you're a new user, you will have to go into the restaurant to collect the fries using the app, but if you've used it before you can click and collect, use the Drive-Thru or have your order delivered straight to your table.

However, like all brilliant offers, there is a (minor) catch. The offer isn't available at the following branches:
