A mom is suing a school in Florida after she was banned from volunteering due to her being an OnlyFans creator.

Victoria Triece, also known by her Instagram and Twitter handles @victoriasnooks, is taking legal action against Orlando's Sand Lake Elementary School in Florida after they removed her from the volunteer program that assisted with lab assignments and organized parties because of the adult content she posts.

Apart from just Instagram and Twitter, which both consist of slightly tamer content of Triece, the 31-year-old is also involved with OnlyFans, where she posts explicit photos and videos for her subscribers behind a paywall.

While it didn't seem to bother the school for the past five years that she has been volunteering there, it seems as though a strongly-worded anonymous email from a "concerned parent" sparked the controversial outcome.

This so-called "concerned parent" alerted the school's principal of the online content and in October 2021, Triece was told her time volunteering at the school would be coming to an abrupt end.

Now, she has now filed a lawsuit against Orange County Public Schools (OCPS).

In the document, she states that explicit images attached to the anonymous email were "circulated to OCPS staff and employees that were not in need of the information".

Victoria added: "I was a little bit in shock, honestly. You’re already in a situation that’s not fair to begin with and there’s emails of your images being sent out not only within each other but also to media.

"It’s just wild to me."

Her attorney Mark NeJame argued that what she does outside of her partnership with the school is not technically "illegal."

"It’s kind of like having a scarlet letter on her head," he said. "What she does in her off time is not illegal, yet we have a morality police with the Orange County school board and whatever administrators made this horrific decision."

According to the Daily Star, the OnlyFans star emphasized that she always dressed "appropriately" on school grounds while her legal team insisted that the only condition listed to disqualify somebody from carrying out a voluntary role is a criminal record, which Triece does not have.

"It’s never been clarified to me. They never said what I could and couldn’t do," Triece said.

She added that she does not attend events like school sports days now, with her lawyers interpreting the ban as applying to "any type of school function."

OCPS spokesperson Michael Ollendorff refused to comment on the situation.

But all is not lost for the 31-year-old as she still volunteers through an online role with the class of her youngest son.

"I do it all like a robot, sitting behind a screen," she said adding that she misses the day-to-day interaction.
