While enjoying a night in with friends, 31-year-old Jonathan Terry decided to order some pizza from the fast-food chain, along with a tub of Ben and Jerry's.
However, as he was tucking into the iconic birthday cake flavor dessert, Terry's girlfriend phoned him to stop him after watching the footage of the driver on her phone.
The gross footage - captured by the doorbell Ring app - clearly shows the delivery driver rubbing the tub of ice cream on his crotch as he waits for Jonathan to open the door.
Commenting on the footage, wedding photographer Jonathan from Great Missenden in England said: "We sat down, watched a film, and started to eat the cookies.
"About 20-minutes after we received the delivery we went to get the ice cream out and weirdly I had a call from my girlfriend.
"She said 'I hope you haven’t eaten the ice cream that Domino's have sent you'."
"She then told me to go and look at the Ring doorbell."
Jonathan continued: "It was me he handed the ice cream to - so after he rubbed it all over his crotch, he then handed it to me as soon as I opened the door.
"It felt quite disrespectful and very vile. My housemate said he felt violated - he was not happy."
The moment was captured on September 27.
After making a complaint to Domino's customer services, Jonathan was offered vouchers - but he refused after stating that he would never eat from the company again.
He said: "I said after what your delivery driver has done I don’t feel safe and don’t want to oblige to ever buy an order from Domino's again.
"I want to make sure people are aware of what has happened."
Speaking of terrible delivery drivers:

Domino's has since revealed that a full investigation into the incident is underway, with a spokesperson saying in a statement: "We were extremely disappointed to see this film and our driver's behavior is unacceptable.
"We expect high standards of behavior at all times and clearly this individual has breached the trust our customers rightly expect from Domino's.
"We are conducting a formal investigation with this team member as a top priority.
"We have apologized sincerely and are working to resolve this issue with the customers so we can put this right."
