A lucky man who scored two $10 million lottery tickets has reportedly not tipped the manager who sold them to him.
On December 5, Wayne Murray from Brooklyn, New York City, claimed a whopping $10 million lottery ticket while playing the New York Lottery’s 200X scratch-off game.
Murray's recent jackpot victory comes a year after he won a previous $10 million while playing the Black Titanium game - proving that some people are just more blessed than others.
Both winning tickets were miraculously purchased at the H&A Gas & Convenience at 4102 Avenue H in Flatbush.
The odds of winning the 200X scratch-off game are 1 in 3.64 million, while the odds of winning the Black Titanium game are 1 in 3.53 million, per The New York Post.
Both games retail for $30 and can be picked up at gas stations and convenience stores across the state. Players must match any of their numbers to any of the winning numbers to achieve the prize shown.
According to Asim - who is the manager of the Brooklyn gas station where Murray bought the tickets - the multiple lottery winner has not used any of his newfound wealth to tip him or the staff.
Speaking to the publication, the manager revealed that he wants a slice of the pie as he gets no compensation from the state for selling the scratch-offs. "The customer that won [is] a very nice guy...He might come back… so I am hopeful," he told the outlet.
Asim remarked that the store is now "famous" because of Murray's lucky wins, adding: "I’ve seen new faces, some people keep coming asking [about the] lucky store. They say they will get their gas from here, so it’s good for the business, too."

Murray opted to take home his cash prize in one lump sum, which amounted to over $6 million after taxes. He also opted for the same lump sum following his August 2022 win.
The gas station's clerk, Hassan Nabil, expressed that Murray is a regular at the gas station and has not been changed by his two victories. Nabil also added that he continues to play it just because he enjoys it.
"Twice in a row - what are the odds? You can’t even think about it. It’s not comprehensible," he told the publication. "He’s a super regular guy here. He’s very friendly with the locals and very generous with his time.
"He could have moved out of the neighborhood after winning the first time, but he stood his ground. Money changes a lot of people, but he doesn’t show off or anything. He keeps it real, keeps it honest," Nabil continued.
"It’s a game for him, so he just keeps playing. If you win, you just want to win more," he added.
