Per People magazine, a spokesperson for Buckingham Palace has delivered the reaction of the Queen, Prince Charles, Prince William, and Kate Middleton over the happy news, stating:
"The Queen, The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall, and The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have been informed and are delighted with the news of the birth of a daughter for The Duke and Duchess of Sussex."
Prince William and Kate Middleton have also reacted to the news in a post of their own made on Instagram.
Sharing a black-and-white photograph of Harry, Meghan, and their first son Archie with their 12 million followers, the couple wrote in a caption:
"We are all delighted by the happy news of the arrival of baby Lili. Congratulations to Harry, Meghan and Archie."
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex welcomed their second child into the world in an announcement made on Friday, June 4.
Their baby girl has been named Lilibet "Lili" Diana Mountbatten-Windsor, in honor of the childhood nickname of Queen Elizabeth, Harry's grandmother, and Lady Diana Spencer, his late mother.
Per the above publication, the press secretary for the Duke and Duchess said in an official statement:
"It is with great joy that Prince Harry and Meghan, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, welcome their daughter, Lilibet ‘Lili’ Diana Mountbatten-Windsor, to the world.
"Lili was born on Friday, June 4 at 11:40 AM in the trusted care of the doctors and staff at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital in Santa Barbara, CA. She weighed 7 lbs 11 oz. Both mother and child are healthy and well and settling in at home."

The statement continued: "This is the second child for the couple, who also have a two-year-old son named Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor.
"The Duke and Duchess thank you for your warm wishes and prayers as they enjoy this special time as a family."
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle currently reside in a $14 million mansion in Montecito, following their decision to retire from public life in early 2020.
The Duke has not been idle though - going on to launch an Apple TV+ series in collaboration with Oprah Winfrey and taking on a new job at the mental health services business BetterUp.
