Diddy's children have issued a new statement amid the rapper's ongoing legal battle.

As widely reported, Sean 'Diddy' Combs remains in custody in New York following his arrest on multiple serious charges, including sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for prostitution.

The charges against the 58-year-old include years of alleged coercion, abuse, and blackmail. He is also accused of organizing drug-fueled sexual encounters, referred to as "Freak Offs," which allegedly involved both female victims and male sex workers, per FOX News.

Combs filed his third appeal for pretrial release earlier this month, which was denied. He will be kept in Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center without bail, according to US Weekly.

On Tuesday (October 22), the 'I'll Be Missing You' rapper's children took to Instagram to share a statement in support of their disgraced father.

In a collaborative Instagram post, Combs’s eldest child, Quincy, penned: “The past month has devastated our family."

"Many have judged both him and us based on accusations, conspiracy theories, and false narratives that have spiraled into absurdity on social media. We stand united, supporting you every step of the way," he continued.

The 33-year-old, who is the son of Kim Porter from a previous relationship, and was later adopted by Combs, added: “We hold onto the truth, knowing it will prevail, and nothing will break the strength of our family. WE MISS YOU & LOVE YOU DAD.”

The post included a picture of the entire Combs family sitting on an inflatable bounce house.

Combs shares his seven children with four different women. He welcomed three kids - son Christian, 26, and twins D’Lila and Jessie, 17 - with his ex-wife Porter, and also shares son Justin, 30, with Misa Hylton and daughter Chance, 18, with Sarah Chapman.

The musician revealed in December 2022 that his ex-partner, Dana Tran, had given birth to their daughter, Love Sean, two months prior.

The children’s statement comes weeks after Combs’s mother, Janice Small Combs, criticized the “public lynching” of her son in a lengthy message shared by her attorney Natalie G. Figgers.

Janice contended that her son was not “the monster they have painted him to be," and acknowledged that he as “made mistakes in the past” - referencing the disturbing surveillance footage of Combs assaulting his ex-girlfriend Casandra “Cassie” Ventura in 2016.

“To bear witness [to] what seems to be like a public lynching of my son before he has had the opportunity to prove his innocence is a pain too unbearable to put into words," she continued, cited by The Independent.

"Like every human being, my son deserves to have his day in court, to finally share his side, and to prove his innocence," she said, urging the public to “not judge him before you’ve had the chance to hear his side.”

It's been reported that Combs' trial will begin on May 5, 2025.
