Donald Trump has left the White House as President for the very last time, bringing to an end a tumultuous, chaotic and often disastrous four years as President of the United States.
Trump, who became the only President in history to be impeached twice in the wake of the Capitol riots that left five people dead, has already confirmed that he will not be attending his successor Joe Biden's inauguration, breaking with long-standing tradition.
Prior to his permanent ban from the platform, Trump took to Twitter to write "To all of those who have asked, I will not be going to the Inauguration on January 20th."

Security has been tightened in the wake of the Capitol riots that saw five people lose their lives, the BBC reports, with some 25,000 troops set to guard the inauguration ceremony.
It has been reported that Palm Beach locals have protested Trump's alleged decision to live at Mar-A-Lago, citing a 1993 agreement that prohibits club members from staying at the resort for more than 21 days a year. The property being converted into a private members club was reportedly contingent on this agreement.
According to CNN, Trump is now scheduled to appear at Joint Base Andrews for a short farewell ceremony before embarking on his last presidential flight to Palm Beach.
