In his first public address for a week, President Donald Trump has said "time will tell" who will be in the White House in January following president-elect Joe Biden's projected election win on November 7, per Sky News.
According to the news outlet, as part of the address at the White House Rose Garden, Trump spoke about Operation Warp Speed, which is the American government's pandemic vaccine program. He also stated his administration will "ideally" not go into lockdown.
Mr. Trump said per ITV News: "Ideally we won't go to a lockdown, I will not go, this administration will not be going to a lockdown, hopefully."

He added: "Whatever happens in the future who knows… which administration will be... I guess time will tell but I can tell you this administration won't go into lockdown."
This is despite the fact that as ITV News reports the nation has set a record for confirmed cases of coronavirus and deaths have soared to the levels seen in the spring.
As highlighted by Sky News, it appears that this is the first time the president has not claimed to have been the real winner of the 2020 US Presidential Election.
It was also reported that Trump had tried to take credit for Pfizer's COVID-19 vaccine advancement, saying: "As a result of Operation Warp Speed, Pfizer announced on Monday that its China virus vaccine was more than 90% effective."
He continued: "Pfizer said it wasn't part of Warp Speed, but that turned out to be an unfortunate misrepresentation."
The pharmaceutical firm reportedly did not accept any government money to develop, test, or expand manufacturing capacity under the Warp Speed initiative.
The White House has reportedly pledged almost $2 billion in orders for the vaccine which covers Pfizer's funding on development and ensures there will be a US market for the vaccine.
This is the moment CNN anchor Anderson Cooper stunned viewers with a brutal insult to Trump:

According to reports, the president said he anticipates that the vaccine will be available for everyone in the US as early as April.
Furthermore, he said he is expecting an emergency use authorization for Pzifer's vaccine "extremely soon".
