DoorDash driver arrested after posting TikTok video of naked sleeping customer

A DoorDash driver has been arrested on felony charges and could face up to eight years behind bars after she filmed a customer who was passed out half-naked on his couch.

Olivia Henderson, 23, from Oswego, Upstate New York, recently amassed millions of views after she shared several videos on her TikTok account including one showing a man passed out drunk on his couch with his pants and underwear around his ankles.

She had phoned police herself after sharing the videos, claiming that she had been deliberately lured to the home by the man, and saying that seeing him passed out naked was a form of sexual assault.

Henderson claimed in one TikTok video she posted: “My customer requested that my order be left at their front door, and when I arrived at their house, their front door was wide open, and they were within eyesight of the front door, laying on the couch, indecently exposed to me.”

However, according to reports, Ring camera footage from the October 12 incident allegedly shows that Henderson let herself in to the man house, with the New York Post reporting that police said there is no indication she was encouraged to go in, let alone film.

Police added in a statement that Henderson’s own video “indicates that the male was incapacitated and unconscious on his couch due to alcohol consumption.

“The DoorDash driver subsequently posted the video to social media, where it drew significant attention.”

Police also confirmed that “the DoorDash driver had made claims of being sexually assaulted.”

Henderson’s account with DoorDash was deactivated following the incident, with the 23-year-old claiming it was done for no reason.

DoorDash released a statement making it clear that they had no choice but to cancel her account after the videos she’d shared, but stressed it fully supports workers sharing issues that made them feel unsafe.

The delivery company said in a statement: “Posting a video of a customer in their home, and disclosing their personal details publicly, is a clear violation of our policies.

“That is the sole reason that this Dasher’s account was deactivated, along with the customer’s, while we investigated.”

Following her arrest, Henderson now faces two felony charges - one count of unlawful surveillance in the second degree, and one count of dissemination of an unlawful surveillance image in the first degree - and could face up to eight years in prison if found guilty.

Arrest records show she was released after being processed and is due in court again on December 4.

Police added that the customer in the video is also in contact with authorities.
