Neighbors have said that the Laundrie family appeared to go on a trip together - days after Brian returned home without Gabby Petito.

William and Charlene Guthrie explained that they had noticed the Laundries had acquired a new camping attachment for their pickup truck and they were in the process of packing it up, Fox News reports.

"I was doing some work in the front yard and I noticed they got a new camper for the back of the pickup, I didn't think anything unusual," neighbor William Guthrie said. "I saw them loading it up, so I assume they were preparing for a camping trip with their new camper."

"They were gone for the weekend," Charlene Guthrie added.

The Guthries explained that they have now informed law enforcement about the trip after Gabby was later reported missing and Brian was declared a person of interest in her disappearance.

The family speculated that the trip took place a week after September 1, which is when Brian returned home solo from his and Gabby's road trip.

The Teton County coroner reports that since the discovery of Gabby's remains in the Grand Teton National Park and the additional disappearance of Brian himself supposedly in the Carlton Reserve, in Sarasota County, police have been desperately searching for Brian.

News of the alleged trip comes after a law firm offered a $20,000 reward to anyone with information that leads the FBI to Brian Laundrie, the Sun reports.

The statement read: "Boohoff Law, P.A. is offering $20,000 for information leading directly to the exact whereabouts of missing person Brian Laundrie, a person of interest in the case of 22-year-old Gabrielle 'Gabby' Petito."

The stipulations included: "A reward will be paid once the investigating law enforcement agency supplies Boohoff Law written verification that a tip helped lead to locating Brian Laundrie."

Per The Guardian, a charge has been brought against Brian - who was Gabby's partner and a person of interest in the case of her death - for allegedly using a Capital One debit card he was not authorized to use. He reportedly spent $1,000 between August 31 and September 1.

The FBI posted a news release that stated that the use of the card took place after Gabby's death, which has now been ruled a homicide.

"While this warrant allows law enforcement to arrest Mr. Laundrie, the FBI and our partners across the country continue to investigate the facts and circumstances of Ms. Petito's homicide," FBI Denver Special Agent in Charge Michael Schneider stated in a release accompanying the indictment.

"We urge individuals with knowledge of Mr. Laundrie's role in this matter or his current whereabouts to contact the FBI. No piece of information is too small or inconsequential to support our efforts in this investigation."
