With the 2024 Presidential Election making history before our very eyes, there are a lot of firsts being celebrated.

However, as well as those big firsts for the nation, some people - like Barron Trump - are celebrating more personal firsts of their own.

Yes, it’s a family affair in the Trump circle as former first lady Melania Trump took to X - formerly known as Twitter - to share a momentous occasion: her son, Barron Trump, casting his first-ever vote.

The 18-year-old NYU freshman made his electoral debut by voting for someone he knows quite well — his dad, Donald Trump.

“Voted for the first time – for his dad,” Melania proudly announced on X, capturing the significance of the milestone in her son's life.

Standing tall, the youngest son of the former President made his choice at the polls, embodying the next generation of voters participating in the democratic process.

Currently residing in West Palm Beach, Florida, Barron has been reported to play a consultative role for his father, particularly on strategies to engage the youth electorate — a demographic critical in swaying election outcomes, per the New York Post.

The Trump family, united in support, have gathered in Florida to watch the 2024 election results unfold, with Barron and Melania by Donald Trump’s side at his election watch party.

Trump is expected to address his supporters soon, after being projected to take the battleground states of Georgia - which he narrowly lost in 2020 - and North Carolina, CNN reports.

Five more swing states remain (as of this writing). They are: Arizona, Michigan Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

Meanwhile, Kamala Harris' team has sent her supporters home, telling them that the Vice President won't be giving an address this evening.

But, make no mistake, vote counting continues in key states.

Trump and Harris each need at least 270 electoral votes to win the White House.
