Nancy Guthrie Abducted From Arizona Home In The Middle Of The Night
Authorities believe Nancy Guthrie was abducted from her Arizona home more than three weeks ago in the middle of the night.
Now entering its fourth week, the search remains ongoing.
Savannah revealed the agony that her family has endured in the last few weeks.
"It is day 24 since our mom was taken in the dark of night from her bed, and every hour and minute and second and every long night has been agony since then of worrying about her and fearing for her, aching for her, and most of all, just missing her," Savannah said.
Investigators are still working to identify a masked and armed man who was caught on footage from Nancy Guthrie's missing Nest doorbell camera the night she vanished.
Local law enforcement and the FBI continue their joint investigation.
$1 Million Family Reward Announced On Top Of FBI’s $100,000 Offer
With uncertainty mounting, the Guthrie family is taking dramatic action.
Savannah said while her family is confronting the possibility of the worst, "we need to know where she is."
"We need her to come home," she said. "For that reason, we are offering a family reward of up to $1 million for any information that leads us to her recovery."
The newly announced reward comes in addition to the $100,000 already being offered by the FBI for information tied to Nancy's disappearance.
The FBI's Phoenix field office said in X post on Tuesday that Nancy Guthrie's family is "offering a private $1 million reward for credible information that directly leads to her return."
Authorities are urging anyone with firsthand knowledge to call the FBI’s tip line at 1-800-CALL-FBI.
Savannah also delivered a direct plea to anyone who may know something but has hesitated to speak up.
"If you hear this message, if you've been waiting and you haven't been sure, let this be your sign to please come forward, tell what you know, help us bring our beloved mom home so that we can either celebrate a glorious, miraculous homecoming or celebrate the beautiful, brave and courageous and noble life that she has lived.
"Please be the light in the dark," Savannah said.
Family Donates $500,000 To Help Other Missing Families
Even amid their own crisis, the Guthrie family is thinking about others facing similar heartbreak.
Savannah revealed they are donating $500,000 to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, a nonprofit organization.
Explaining the decision, she said it’s because "we know there are millions of families that have suffered with this kind of uncertainty."
She added: "We are hoping that the attention that has been given to our mom and our family will extend to all the families like ours who are in need and need prayers and need support."
