A witness has claimed that the man fell from the roller coaster while the ride was active, and even said that the moment of his death was captured on a photograph taken during the ride to be sold afterwards.
Speaking to 11Alive, the eyewitness said: "He fell and hit the car three different times.”
At this time, the photograph - which we won’t share here - remains unverified and the exact contents remain unclear, but there are versions circulating on social media.
During the incident, it is believed that other passengers on board the ride were injured, and witnesses described screaming and panic on board the ride as it returned to the start following the conclusion.
A Reddit user who was allegedly present at that moment waiting in line said: "The train pulled into the station, all the riders were distressed and a man who was sitting next to the person who was died was screaming that whoever was sitting next to him fell out.”
The witness also described the scene as ‘very sad and surreal’.
After the fact, footage appeared to show passengers stuck on the ride as park workers battled to get them down safely.
It is not yet known how the person allegedly fell from the ride, and the victim has yet to he publicly identified.
