An 11-year-old girl, who appeared four years ago in a video praying for an end to the gun violence that plagued Chicago, has tragically died after being struck by a bullet from a passing vehicle, it's reported.
Per FOX29, Anisa Scott was riding in a car in Madison when a bullet fired from a separate vehicle struck her in the head. Police said that the intended target was the driver of the car Anisa Scott was in, who was a friend of the family.
NBC15 reports that two teenagers have since been arrested and charged with first degree intentional homicide. 19-year-old Perion Carreon and 16-year-old Andre Brown were both charged with first degree intentional homicide, in addition to attempted first degree intentional homicide over the allegation that they were targeting the driver of the vehicle.

Anisa Scott was featured in a video during which she prayed for an end to gun violence. “I just want to go outside and play, like a 7-year-old is supposed to do,” she said in the recording, per FOX 29.
“I don’t want to die.
“They won’t stop shooting. They won’t stop killing,” she continued. "Please, Lord. Stop it. God, can you make it better?”
