After a video emerged that showed a woman pulling a gun on a mom and her teen daughter outside of an Oakland County Chipotle restaurant on Wednesday evening, it has been reported that the woman and her partner have been arrested and charged.
Per Fox News, Oakland County Prosecutor Jessica Cooper confirmed that Jillian Wuestenberg, 32, and Eric Wuestenberg, 42 had been charged with felonious assault as a result of the incident that occurred on Wednesday.
The incident unfolded as an argument broke out after Takelia Hill's teen daughter asked the woman for an apology after she bumped into her outside a Chipotle restaurant on Wednesday evening.
You can see the video footage for yourself below:“Before I could walk into Chipotle, this woman was coming out and I had moved out the way so she can walk out," Makayla Green told the Detroit News. “She bumped me and I said, 'Excuse you.' And then she started cussing me out and saying things like I was invading her personal space.”
This initial encounter was not caught on the video footage, which starts after the argument had moved to the parking lot of the Chipotle restaurant.
After the argument broke out, Wuestenberg got back into her car and began to pull out of a parking space. Hill told Detroit News she tapped the car's back window as she believed the driver was about to hit them. It was reportedly then that Wuestenberg pulled a gun on Hill and her daughter.
One Twitter user wrote of the video footage, "The fear she had to pull out a whole gun on an unarmed woman honestly blows my mind Id like an update on the aftermath of this savage behavior."
“It is an unfortunate set of circumstances that tempers run high over, basically, not much of an incident,” Oakland County Prosecutor Jessica Cooper said, per Fox News.
BuzzFeed News reports that both the man and woman had concealed pistol licenses. Deputies seized two handguns from the couple when they were detained on Wednesday night, per Fox News.
