A white woman reportedly called the police on a solo Black Lives Matter protestor who was standing by himself.
The incident took place on Sunday in Wellington, Florida, where Shane Meyers had staged a solo Black Lives Matter protest, but he was interrupted when a woman called the cops on him.
He later uploaded footage of the incident to TikTok where he was praised for his activism.
Watch the footage of the entire incident below:While protesting with a sign that read "black lives f**king matter", Meyers was spotted by indie rapper AngieonMars on the corner of Forest Hill Blvd and U.S. route 441 at 6 pm on Sunday.
She filmed a TikTok of the protest as she passed, and in the video, she can be heard saying to a smiling Meyers: "All it takes is one. Thank you, God bless."
However, this positive take on the protest didn't last long, and when Meyers posted his own TikTok, a white woman can be seen telling him that she had called the police because he was "inciting riots."
Meyers captioned the footage: "They say they want peaceful protests, but what they mean is they want us to be quiet ##BLM"
When the police arrived, Meyers then began to film his encounter with the two officers.
"All this over a f**king sign and now there are two police officers here," he said.
"The only reason there is two is because [of] our safety, we don't know what's going on," one of the officers explained.

Meyers then revealed that the woman - who he sarcastically called "Karen" in a caption for the video - approached him while he was standing on the side of the road.
"I said to him, I said, 'Excuse me, but could you please not put that sign out because it's gonna crank up the wrong people," the woman interjected. "I don't wanna be driving and have bullets shot at me because they're upset because you started it."
"He's allowed to stand here with a sign that says whatever he wants to say on it," the officer answered.
"I'm just upset because I don't want to get caught if they start rioting because of your sign," the woman argued.
"I'm also upset because black and brown lives are at risk every single day in this country," Meyers said.
The woman and an officer then interjected to say "everybody's lives are at risk" on "both sides."

The woman then slammed the use of the f-word on Meyers' sign.
"Wow, the f-word, too?" she said. "I mean c'mon, little kids are reading that."
"I'm sorry if you're a snowflake and you can't handle [...]" Meyers replied before the clip cut off.
According to Dictionary.com, 'Karen' is a "mocking slang term for an entitled, obnoxious, middle-aged white woman."
