Andrew Tate faces bestiality p*rn claims involving horse and eel as full extent of what was 'found' on his devices is revealed
Fresh claims have been made against controversial social media personality Andrew Tate, who is currently behind bars in Miami with brother Tristan Tate.
The self-described 'misogynist' had allegedly been found with chilling NSFW photos and videos on his devices, including a sexualized video with a child, as per UK prosecutors.
It's believed that the child was 17 years old, with Tate being accused of creating or sharing several indecent images of a child, including Category A videos, the highest risk level.
Authorities allegedly found 168 indecent images and videos of a girl on Tate’s devices, according to court documents filed on Monday (October 5), as per the Daily Mail.
The influencer was arrested in July 2025, on suspicion of rape and sexual assault.
Now, more disturbing media has apparently surfaced, as TMZ reported that the material found allegedly includes extreme porn depicting sex acts with a horse and an eel.
Allegations made against Andrew Tate
The newly filed court documents have been connected to the UK's effort to extradite the Tates from the US.
British authorities claim that Tate, 39, allegedly has explicit media depicting people having sex with live animals, with a horse and an eel spotted.
He also reportedly had images showing other explicit p*rnographic acts that could have caused severe genital injuries.
The full case being brought against the former pro kickboxer includes allegations of rape, assault, human trafficking, controlling prostitution for gain, and possession of extreme pornography.
Claims of child p*rn
The minor who is in the videos is said to be 17, as she was allegedly seen wearing lingerie and kissing his neck before an adult woman joined in.
Tate was 28 at the time, and UK prosecutors think he was aware of her age, as 66 Category A images and 26 Category B images were found on a Samsung mobile and a laptop seized from Tate's home.
He reportedly warned her of potential legal issues due to her age, but went ahead with the act before allegedly sharing the footage on WhatsApp.
Tate claimed in the group chat that the girl worked for his webcam business and that she was offered $1,000 per day for a particular on-camera sex act.
The Tates' lawyer comes to their defence
Joseph McBride, Andrew Tate's attorney, has hit back at these claims against his client, describing them as 'prosecution slop'.
He told TMZ that police have linked Tate with a device allegedly found in a 'flop house', though he claims there's no proof that he watched videos on it.
McBride further claimed that the report about the video is on a device which 'no longer exists', stating that the case 'as weak as it gets'.
He also said that the 'government's Andrew Tate fetish has gotten so bad that somebody over there needs professional help.'
