New allegations have emerged just days after Chirayu Rana, 35, reportedly filed a high-profile lawsuit against a senior executive at JPMorgan Chase, accusing her of sexual abuse.
In the complaint, submitted under the anonymous name “John Doe”, Rana claims the 37-year-old executive drugged him with Rohypnol and Viagra and threatened to cut his bonus if he didn’t comply, saying he was effectively turned into what he described as a “sex slave.”
The latest filing includes statements from an unnamed witness, believed to be a family friend, who detailed an alleged incident in September 2024.
According to the account, the witness was staying at an apartment in New York City when he was woken during the night by what he described as the executive’s intoxicated behavior.
He said he initially tried to go back to sleep but was woken again, this time by a “completely naked” woman. The filing alleges she then sat on the couch where he was sleeping, lit a cigarette, and encouraged him to “join them” for a threesome in the bedroom.
The witness claims he repeatedly refused, but was told, “you know I own [redacted], so you better come join.” After she returned to the bedroom, the witness said he could hear Rana protesting, saying, “no, no, no, you have to leave. I’m not going to do this. Please stop.”
According to the documents, the woman later left the apartment, after which Rana told the witness he had been “constantly harassed” and pressured into sexual activity on multiple occasions.
Rana also allegedly said he had been threatened with “trouble” if he did not comply, and “reiterated his concern that Ms. Hajdini was blackmailing him.”
This comes after Rana's accusations made headlines when he filed a lawsuit against his former employer, where he alleged that Hajdini had even said: “I bet your little Asian, fish head, wife doesn’t have these cannons,” having removed her shirt. “If you don’t f–k me soon, I’m going to ruin you,” she continued.
The witness statement was reportedly signed in July 2025, according to records. These claims still remain allegations and have not been proven in court.
