An ex-Russian secret agent has opened up on some of the lewd acts they had to perfect for their jobs.
Aliia Roza was once a Russian "sex spy" before defecting from her home country after falling in love with an intelligence target.
While it may sound like a plot for an outstanding spy-thriller, it is real life, and the former operative has opened up on some of the things she needed to perfect as a "seduction agent."
Speaking on The Hidden Third podcast with Mariana van Zeller, Roza explained how she would feel about getting romantically involved with some of the world's biggest criminals.
The ex-spy spoke about her struggles with staying undercover, and how she managed to seduce men before extracting key information from them.
And when it came to the latter, there were specific techniques which she was taught.
Roza, who started studying tactics and techniques as a teenager, explained that there is a sex playbook which helps to infiltrate targets without them knowing.
While many of these involved manipulation, some were purely physical and required some learning before carrying them out.
One of these techniques was coined "the perfect spy bl*wjob," which Roza said was "one of the most important skills any woman can have."
She explained: "There are many techniques, but one of the most important is the deep-throat technique; it's one of the most desirable things that any man wants to have.
"There are certain things you have to know before actually doing it; otherwise, it will be painful for the man. Also, it can be painful for your throat."
She then advised that women in general can learn to do this themselves, though they should try it "on a banana or a plastic d***o, as performing on the body for the first time can cause pain.
"So it has to go on top of your mouth and at the same time you take a breath in, and then you swallow it," Roza began.
"Also, your head has to be at a 90-degree angle; if you do any other angle, it will be painful for you."
She compared it to adult films, adding: "In porn, women are lying on the bed and then (there's a) man on top of her, you know, this is basically doing this kind of oral sex.
"You sit and he stands, for example, this is like 90 degrees," she shared.
Roza's candid interview comes after a report from the Times of London, claiming that China and Russia were plotting to deploy attractive female agents to steal tech secrets.
