Sex workers often find themselves in unique positions of trust, acting as accidental confidants for their clients.
For Jade Blair, a sex worker and adult content creator on OnlyFans, this dynamic has led to some deeply unsettling conversations. Through her social media presence, Blair frequently shares insights into her profession, but a recent video highlighted a much darker side of the intimacy people buy.
Blair took to TikTok to open up about the most disturbing admissions she has received during her work. She noted that the combination of a financial transaction and physical vulnerability creates an environment where men feel unusually comfortable sharing their darkest secrets.
The nature of her job means clients expect a judgment-free zone, which sometimes opens the floodgates for unexpected honesty.
In her video, Blair analyzed why these men choose to share such heavy secrets with her. She explained that men tend to feel "safe" when they're "paying for an experience" as they know she will not be rude to them.
She also noted that when they've been intimate, clients often feel like they can open up in other ways, including mentally and emotionally.
In any case, this unique psychological comfort level has led to disturbing admissions, as Blair revealed, "I've had a lot of men confess murder."
The majority of these chilling admissions came from individuals with ties to the armed forces. Blair recounted that these clients "typically were army or ex-army people who were overseas in a developing country that was quite corrupt."
Due to the corrupt nature of these countries, there were essentially "no repercussions" for their actions.
These men detailed instances where taking a life was entirely outside the scope of their official responsibilities, often describing situations that fell into "a very gray area" where they should not have acted. Blair explained that superiors often chose to ignore the behavior.
Clients told her stories about how "their sergeant or their captain found out" and "turned a blind eye" to avoid dealing with the "paperwork."
Blair said that some ex-military clients transitioned into private security roles for wealthy families abroad, where they would kill people who were attempting to steal without facing any local legal ramifications.
Military personnel were not the only clients sharing dark secrets in these private spaces. Blair also recalled encounters with individuals working in the healthcare sector.
She heard accounts from people who were doctors or nurses who admitted to taking matters into their own hands regarding end-of-life care.
These medical professionals would deliberately give their patients an excessive amount of pain medication to end their suffering or at least hasten their death.
While Blair acknowledged that in the medical cases, "their heart was in the right place," the ethical ramifications remain deeply disturbing.
Ultimately, Blair clarified that she does not have enough specific details, such as names or exact locations, "where this information would be at all helpful to the police."
Because these killings took place decades ago in corrupt regions, legal action is highly unlikely, leaving Blair with the alarming realization that murderers are walking among us.

“What was it like?” is one of the go-to questions asked during a sexual debrief amongst nosy friends. The answer to such an intrusive inquiry frequently serves as a revealing precursor to whether the person being quizzed will see their recent lover again, but there is one big mistake men often make, claims OnlyFans star and escort Jade Blair.
In the instance of heterosexual or lesbian couples, there is one key factor that is especially vital to not just a woman’s sexual enjoyment, but their sexual health.
In a candid video shared on TikTok, sex worker and OnlyFans star Blair addresses the matter of vaginal hygiene, delving into the dos and don’ts when encountering a woman’s intimate region.
The Australian adult star posts regular advice, tips, and sex stories to her 285,000 TikTok followers in a bid to normalise taboo sexual topics and dispel common misconceptions around sex.
“It’s scary how many men don’t know the basics about getting down with a lady,” Blair said. She added that things we associate with cleanliness can actually cause harm: “If you’re in the shower, do not be getting soap anywhere near her vaginal canal.
"It should not be going up in there. It actually shouldn’t be going anywhere near her vulva unless her doctor has specifically recommended it.
“Likewise, don’t really eat or drink anything other than water, or even use mouthwash seconds before going down on her, you’re just going to throw off her PH and give her either a yeast or a BV infection, or heaven forbid you leave a crumb inside of there,” she added.
While announcing that leaving leftovers in the vaginal introitus is ill-advised, the OnlyFans model also delivered perhaps a more surprising revelation about the receipt of oral sex for women: “Just don’t stick your tongue in there. It actually doesn’t feel that good for most women, and it is just going to push a whole lot of bacteria into a vagina that just doesn’t need it.”
She continued, “Also what is going to feel good to her, is likely going to depend on her body that day. The cervix will actually push up into the body or push down, shortening the canal, depending on the time of month.
"So, some positions may feel really good one day, and then terrible the next. She’s not lying about it. Her sensitivity can change as well, so you may need to use more or less pressure.”
In addition, Blair also discussed the menstrual cycle, and its unpredictability, and warned men not to be surprised if their partner’s period starts unexpectedly: “Also her period could start at any time. They are not always super regular, and I have actually had one start while a client was, you know.”

An Australian escort who says she has slept with thousands of clients has opened up about whether size really matters in the bedroom.
Jade Blair, who posts on X under the handle JadeBlairxox, has built a following of 69.5K followers where she regularly talks about her experiences working in the adult industry.
According to Daily Mail, the Queensland native began her career after deciding that university wasn’t the right path for her. She spent three years working with an established company to learn the industry, and then later went independent.
Over the years, she says she has been with several clients, giving her a unique perspective on intimacy and what actually makes encounters enjoyable.
In a recent video shared on her X profile, Blair addressed a question she says comes up constantly: whether size really matters.
"I sleep with men for money. I've been with thousands of men, and I definitely have a favorite size and shape. I'm going to be honest, so please don't cancel me," she said.
She explained that she isn’t particularly fond of the "super bent one," explaining: "It's totally normal and actually kind of weird when you see a completely straight one. I'm not talking about like a little to the side or a little bit like this. That's normal. I'm talking like this."
Blair also said extremely large sizes can actually make intimacy uncomfortable.
"Look, I am small. I am four foot eleven. There's just not that much room down there," she said. "And even for like an average-sized lady, they usually only have three to five inches, maybe a tiny bit more if they're like super excited in the bedroom before you're just gonna hit a wall."
"And yes, I know some women really love having that wall pushed and stretched, but I'm just not one of them. If you have a super, long one, you're just going to have to accept we're not gonna get it all the way without causing me immense pain. And I do not want to be punched in the cervix."
"So sorry, I just, I don't like it. Don't understand the love of the super, big ones. I have taken them that are longer than my forearm and thicker than my wrist," she added. "These guys were professionals, though; they knew what they were doing. They knew how to get me really excited before we went at it."
"So it wasn't too bad, but I can't say they're my favorite."
Blair said that from her experience, smaller sizes can often lead to better results because it allows for more precise movement.
"But honestly, I'm a sucker for just using your hands or mouth," she concluded.

As reported by iNews, 1.6 terabytes of data from the subscription site OnlyFans has been leaked online, resulting in models and performers having their pay-to-view videos and pictures circulated online without their permission.
For those unfamiliar with OnlyFans, it is a social media service that allows creators to set up paid subscription content services with their subscribers/fans. Several creators use the site to sell self-made porn to their fans.
Per Buzzfeed News, yesterday (Thursday, February 27) saw huge numbers of pornographic images and videos from site circulated on social media without the permission of the creators.
Despite many accounts being hit, women's accounts - specifically those who utilize the platform to share pornography - appeared to be the most compromised, iNews reported.
Speaking to Buzzfeed News, porn star and OnlyFans user Jewels Jade (who was unsure if she had been personally affected) said: "This is paid for private content that we own. This is illegal and a violation of our rights."
[[instagramwidget||https://www.instagram.com/p/B8zK0fdl5DL/]]
Another user who had spoken out about the leak is Riley, 33, who relies on OnlyFans to sell fetish content. She says that the leak is a huge cause of concern as she chooses to keep her adult work private from most of her friends and family. Speaking to the Metro, Riley said: "The lack of respect for performers’ privacy – and the risk that puts on me and my family – is really concerning".
Riley added: "Companies respond to these data leaks with nonchalance, totally missing the fact that these performers could be subject to online harassment and also things like stalking."
Since the content leak went viral on social media, OnlyFans has claimed that the leak is not due to a hack, and that no personal data – i.e. names or bank details – had been released.
Speaking to Motherboard, Steve Pymm, head of marketing at OnlyFans, revealed: "We have investigated claims of a site-wide hack and found no evidence of any breach of our systems. The content contained in the supposed 'leak' seems to be curated from multiple sources, including other social media applications."
Since the leak occurred on Thursday afternoon, several links and forums have emerged online stating that they host the content.
Speaking to BuzzFeed News, journalist Vonny LeClerc revealed how many creators are not only concerned about the leaks, but are now receiving backlash from victim-blaming trolls. She said:
"Creators are understandably concerned. I have been DM'd by a number of sex workers so they can see if they are on the list. Unfortunately, it seems to have attracted the trolls who are now victim-blaming and calling women 'degenerates'."
[[twitterwidget||https://twitter.com/vonny_bravo/status/1233078447553024000]]
LeClerc added that there are many creators who use OnlyFans as they are unable to access "traditional employment" due to their personal circumstances. The journalist said:
"Lots of people who use [OnlyFans] rely on this as a revenue stream. Younger people, trans and nonbinary people, disabled people, people who may not have the easiest access to traditional employment. If gives anyone a means of making paywall-protected adult content. But clearly, it offers zero protection for creators, whose content can be bought and then freely distributed onwards."
US-based porn star and OnlyFans creator Osa Lovely also spoke out about the leak, saying: "This is the second leak I’ve heard about this year. This puts us and our families at terrible risk."
[[instagramwidget||https://www.instagram.com/p/B6jTGkngMsd/]]
So far, Lovely has found two scenes leaked from the site without her consent - an issue that she claims compromises her material: "My OnlyFans aren't just clips they're full scenes - dialogue, scripted 20-40 minute scenes. This impacts me a lot and now I don't know if my personal information was leaked as well."

An OnlyFans creator has revealed she was left horrified after finding out that her top subscriber was in fact someone very close to home... her stepdad.
In a jaw-dropping revelation that's taken social media by storm, an OnlyFans content creator known as Tai has exposed the shocking family secret that led to the end of her mother's marriage.
In a viral TikTok video, Tai reveals that her top subscriber, who spent over $2,000 AUD ($1,300 USD) on her adult content, turned out to be none other than her stepdad.
Opening her confession with the words: "I ruined my mum’s marriage, I never planned on telling this story on TikTok, but here we are," Tai dove into the intricate details of her disturbing discovery.
She explained: "So when I first started my website, I had this customer who was my number one customer, bought every single thing that I sent him, he was pretty much a follower since the beginning."
The shocking tale unfolds as Tai discusses how the individual made custom requests and maintained a very specific username on her OnlyFans account. The plot thickened when she noticed her TikTok had been viewed by someone with that same unique username - also appearing in her contacts.
"I went absolutely mental trying to figure out who this person was from my contacts. I narrowed it down to six people, and one of them was my stepdad," she divulged.
Confronting the situation head-on, Tai messaged the mysterious OnlyFans subscriber, stating, "I know who this is." Her stepdad was quick to respond with a text asking to talk, but denied the account was his. Nevertheless, her mom "got rid of him straight away," Tai said.
She added: "But yeah, if you want to talk about family trauma, my stepdad watched me have sex with my partner for two months."
The creepy dynamic doesn't end there as Tai went on to reveal some particularly unsettling details about the custom requests her stepfather had made, including specifying the type of underwear she wore. What's more, he often helped with the laundry, which also included her underwear.
She told the Daily Telegraph that her stepdad, who had been a part of her life since she was 11 years old, has left their family home and is no longer in contact with any of them.
"I have not heard from him since the day I called him out. He wouldn’t even come into the house to collect his belongings while I was there," she stated.
As a cautionary tale, Tai offers some poignant advice for aspiring OnlyFans creators: "Be comfortable that it is highly likely someone from your school, gym, workplace or family is watching your every move."
Tai's eye-opening TikTok video has not only garnered viral attention but also reignited discussions about privacy, consent, and the ethical complexities that often lurk in the shadows of the adult content industry.

An OnlyFans creator has revealed her horror when she realized that her top subscriber was in fact someone very close to home... her stepdad.
Sharing the shocking tale on TikTok, the adult content creator - who goes by Tai online - revealed that she found out that her stepdad had spent over $2000 AUD ($1300 USD) on her explicit content.
To make matters worse, she revealed that he had been part of the family since she was just 11 years old and the discovery had led to the end of his marriage to her mother.
Tai took to social media to share the traumatic confession, beginning: "I ruined my mum’s marriage, I never planned telling this story on TikTok, but here we are."
She explained: "So when I first started my website, I had this customer who was my number one customer, bought every single thing that I sent him, he was pretty much a follower since the beginning.
"We would talk every day, he made custom requests, very specific things, and he also had a very specific user name on the website."
After he had been subscribed for two months - in which he had spent thousands on her explicit footage - Tai noticed that her TikTok had been viewed by someone with the same unique username as well as the notification that it was someone from her contacts.
"I went absolutely mental trying to figure out who this person was from my contacts. I narrowed it down to six people, and one of them was my stepdad," she revealed.
"I went with my gut feeling and I messaged the website account and I said, 'I know who this is.' Within two minutes, I got a text from my stepdad saying, 'Hey Tai can we talk?'"
Tai went on to reveal that after she confronted him about it, he denied that the account was his but her mum "got rid of him straight away".
She added: "But yeah, if you want to talk about family trauma, my stepdad watched me have sex with my partner for two months."
Tai also went on to detail the custom requests that her stepfather had paid her for, which included detailing which underwear she had on every day and requesting that she did not shoot her footage in the bathroom but in her bedroom - which he had access to - instead.
To make things even creepier, she revealed that he often helped out with the laundry... which would also contain her underwear as part of her washing.
She told the Daily Telegraph that the man had since left their family home and was no longer in contact with them, and that she had blocked him from all of her pages on every platform.
Tai explained: "I have not heard from him since the day I called him out. He wouldn’t even come into the house to collect his belongings while I was there."
And she also shared some words of wisdom for anyone else hoping to go down the OnlyFans route, telling them: "Be comfortable that it is highly likely someone from your school, gym, workplace or family is watching your every move."
Yikes.
