A Texas teenager has been found safe in Germany after disembarking from a cruise ship and being reported missing.

Multiple news outlets reported that 14-year-old Aydin Brown, from Texas, had randomly gone missing after disembarking from a Caribbean Princess cruise ship on July 4.

The teenager was last seen at approximately 7:00AM last Thursday when the cruise ship had docked in Rostock-Warnemünde, a German port town on the Baltic Sea located about 150 miles north of Berlin according to police reports.

It was also revealed that Aydin was traveling with his grandmother, whom he had an argument with just moments before he left the ship.

At the time of his disappearance, Princess Cruises told Fox News and NBC News in a statement that it is "collaborating with German law enforcement on a missing person’s case" involving the teen, who was said to have "disembarked from the Caribbean Princess in Warnemünde on Thursday morning without an escort."

“We understand the distress this situation has caused and will continue to provide ongoing onsite support to the family during this challenging time,” the cruise line added, noting it had offered to fly Aydin’s mother to Germany to aid in the search for her son.

It was also noted that some of his family members believed that their loved one may have been coaxed away by a stranger after he left the ship.

Another social media post from someone who claimed to be the boy's mother suggested that he was allegedly "spotted by camera with an unknown person" at a "train station," with the details related to the incident being extremely vague as of this writing.

Thankfully though, it has now been confirmed by the 14-year-old's family and the cruise line that Aydin has been located and has been reunited with his family.

In a statement to NBC News, the company wrote that it was "delighted that Aydin Brown has been found safe and sound."

“We extend our heartfelt gratitude to German authorities for their swift response and exceptional efforts in locating Aydin after he disembarked in Warnemünde last Thursday morning," the statement continued.

According to an updated report by Fox News, which cited local authorities in Germany, it was revealed that he was found in Brandenburg, Germany, where he was unharmed and in the company of a 19-year-old.

The outlet also said Brown was reunited with family on July 6, two days after his initial disappearance, referring to a family update on social media.

There was no alleged criminal activity associated with the 19-year-old in this case.
