'World's most identical twins' are trying to get pregnant at the same time with their shared fiancé

Anna and Lucy DeCinque - dubbed the 'world's most identical twins' - are even trying to get pregnant at the same time, with the same man.

The Australian twins, 37, found fame for their commitment to remaining as identical as possible into adulthood, even wearing the same outfits and getting matching breast augmentations to maintain looking the same.

Anna and Lucy also made headlines for sharing the same fiancé, 40-year-old Ben Byrne, with whom the pair are planning to start a family.

Both sisters have made it their mission to get pregnant by Ben at the same tim, so that their respective offspring can be the same age as one another too.

Anna and Lucy have been getting some practice in for motherhood by dressing up identical baby dolls and taking them to cafes and restaurants, per the Daily Mail.

The pair's dream has always been to start families of their own at the same time later in life, but admitted that they were finding it hard to conceive.

They revealed on season two of the TLC series Extreme Sisters that they turned to the dolls to fill the void until they have real babies, explaining: "We've had some trouble trying to get pregnant, so this is the next best thing."

Anna and Lucy added: "Our dream is to be pregnant together at the same time."

The twins and Ben began to explore their journey to motherhood in 2021 when they were 35 and were thrilled to discover they were ovulating at the same time.

"We learned from the internet that when your temperature goes up you're ovulating," Lucy said, before the pair both measured identical temperatures of 36.8C, exclaiming: "We're the three degrees up. We are ovulating, we are exactly the same."

Their identical temperatures came as little surprise as the twins say they've always been "in sync with everything".

The clip from the show then sees the girls call Ben into the bedroom before it cuts to them laying with their legs up on the wall by the headboard, with crumpled sheets scattered around them as they attempt to ensure successful fertilization.

Ben added: "It's definitely going to be a challenge getting them both pregnant at the same time. It's definitely a lot of pressure, you know, the one guy. It's a matter of multitasking I guess!"

The girls are then seen tucking into a plate of pineapple pieces - after checking the morsels they eat are absolutely identical sizes of course.

They previously revealed that there is nothing they will not do together, as Anna told the New York Post: "When she goes to the toilet, I come with her; when she has a shower, I come with her.

"You name it and we do it. We're never apart. I don't think we'd function without each other. We have separation anxiety. We're bound to each other."
