Vin Diesel is not someone you would really associate with being 'strange' or 'weird' in any way. After all, he's the ridiculously muscular and endlessly capable hero of dozens of action movies, from Fast and the Furious to XxX. When he's not pulling off impossible drifts in an expensive car or dodging explosions, you can bet he's talking with a voice so deep it might technically qualify as a different language.
Honestly, while he might get a lot of flack for his often one-note performances across a plethora blockbusters, I'd be lying if I didn't say I enjoyed a few of the Fast and the Furious' ludicrous set-pieces and sentimental family-bonding scenes. And that's not even mentioning how he managed to get a full range of emotion out of only saying "I am Groot" for The Guardians of the Galaxy (yes that was him).

But everyone has their off moments - and it's not like Diesel maintains his cool at all times. He's had his fair share of awkward moments in interviews in the past, like the time he made a Brazilian journalist deeply uncomfortable by spending the entire time telling her how beautiful she was and how much he loved her.
“My God, she’s so beautiful, man. Am I right or wrong?" he asked the crew. "Look at her. How am I supposed to do this interview? Look at this woman. She’s so beautiful. Talk to me, baby!”

According to one source, Diesel "tries to make everybody feel comfortable" in interviews, adding that "He doesn't just sit there and give 'yes' or 'no' answers. He's lively. He's more animated. It's just how he does junket interviews."
Well, this "lively" energy he brings to interviews may have gone a little too far recently, when he appeared on an episode of
Good Morning Britain. The 50-year-old movie star was on the show to promote the new Fast and the Furious Live show that is set to be opening in the UK. But things went a little off the rails when he spoke to interviewer Richard Arnold, putting on an outrageous British accent to match the host.
You can see the introduction to the video here:

And the rest of the interview, which gets steadily more ridiculous:
Arnold was clearly surprised, actor launched into a grossly exaggerated English accent, often repeating whatever the presenter said. The truly bizarre part was how into his own impersonation he got, contorting his face like a lunatic. Weirdly enough, this
isn't even the first time he has done it. Later, the interviewer told presenters Kate Garraway and Ben Shephard that the interview is "the most surreal moment" of his life.
This whole thing left many fans jokingly wondering if he was actually alright, as he was a bit manic.

Last year he was named by Forbes as the highest grossing actor of 2017, with his films bringing in $1.6 billion in total that year. It's not often celebrities become that successful without
acting a bit outlandish.
