A lawyer for one of Diddy's accusers has claimed she saw a "high-profile person" in an explicit tape with the rapper.

On September 16, the 54-year-old was arrested by federal agents in New York City and has been indicted for sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Combs' 14-page legal indictment revealed that he and his associates allegedly threatened, abused, and coerced women and others around him “to fulfill his sexual desires” – which allegedly included "Freak Offs,” drug-fuelled sex performances, per The Independent.

These orchestrated acts were allegedly recorded and directed by Combs, and would sometimes last days.

According to Ariel Mitchell-Kidd - a lawyer representing a woman who claims Combs sexually assaulted her in 2018 - a "high-profile" individual was allegedly featured on one of the entrepreneur's tapes.

Mitchell-Kidd revealed in an interview with NewsNation that someone had reached out to her regarding the "sale of one of the Diddy tapes".

"There already have been tapes leaking around Hollywood being shopped around, but one particular person contacted me to shop a particular video they were in possession of and to contact the person who was in the video to see if they were interested in purchasing the video before it became a public knowledge," she said.

The attorney stated that it was a "catch and kill" situation and that she "can't explain" who the "high-profile" person in the video was, but added: "I've seen stills of the video, okay, so you can verify that it exists, that it's real, that the other person in the video is very visible... It's no question if it's that person in the video."

She also claimed that the video was allegedly filmed in a former Atlanta home belonging to Combs. "I can tell the video was pornographic...This was in his Atlanta home, and it does seem like the person isn’t looking into the video. To me, it doesn’t seem like that person knows they’re being videotaped," she added.

The lawyer's client has alleged that the 'I'll Be Missing You' rapper sexually assaulted her with an inanimate object.

“She reached out to me a few weeks ago. She called me and told me about her assault and her escape. She was at a friend’s house who had industry ties, and Diddy decided to come to the house," she said.

However, it wasn't until Diddy arrived at the residence that she realized he allegedly had plans for sex trafficking her.

"It led to her being served a drink. She started to feel woozy. Combs sexually assaulted her with an inanimate object. And then directed another gentleman to sexually assault her while he watched and pleasured himself," Mitchell-Kidd said.

The accuser was allegedly able to escape and made her way onto the streets near the house.

The Bad Boy Records founder is currently being held at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center after pleading not guilty, and he has been denied bail twice.

His arrest comes months after federal authorities carrying out a sex trafficking investigation raided his homes in Los Angeles and Miami. The indictment disclosed that law enforcement reportedly found “more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant," in his residences.

Combs' lawyer, Marc Agnifilo issued a statement about the items, saying: "I don’t think it was 1,000. I think it was a lot. I mean, there is a Costco right down the street. I think Americans buy in bulk, as we know.

"These are consensual adults doing what consensual adults do. We can’t get so puritanical in this country to think that somehow sex is a bad thing because if it was, there would be no more people," he added.

However, Costco, the membership-only retail giant, told TMZ that baby oil is not sold at any of its locations across the U.S.
