Alexis von Yates, 35, was allegedly caught naked under a blanket by her husband last July after engaging in the lewd act with his biological son.

The teenager's father, who is a lineman, had apparently walked in on the pair and a heated confrontation with his wife ensued.

According to reports from Law & Crime, the disturbing incident occurred when the 15-year-old boy was on vacation and visiting his father in Ocala, Florida, last July.

Yates' arrest affidavit states: "His father worked late hours as a lineman. The child victim was hanging out with his stepmother while she was taking care of his younger siblings. … Around 11 p.m., the two of them began relaxing on the couch, ‘hitting’ a THC cartridge together while playing a video game. Several hours later … they decided to watch a movie."

According to the report, both the nurse - who has since had her license revoked as she awaits criminal trial - and her stepson had found the movie "boring" so began talking about other things, alleging: "Ms. Yates told Victim that she was ‘h*rny.'”

The pair then ended up engaging in sexual acts including intercourse, with the teen claiming that Yates had been making "sexual jokes" for around a week leading up to the incident.

According to court documents, when Yates's husband caught her in the act, she apologized before giving a revolting excuse for her behavior.

"The (child victim) heard the suspect telling his father she was sorry, saying the child victim looked like his father when he was younger,” court documents obtained by the outlet state.

Yates had claimed she told the teenager to stop but the pair continued their tryst, which the boy disputed in his statement.

"The child victim told his father this was untrue, saying she was moaning him and told him to keep going,” the document states.

Yates had allegedly told the teenager she was "h*rny" as she hadn't had "sex in two weeks and she was on her period," per his statement.

The affidavit states that the pair began cuddling and making out before engaging in oral sex and intercourse without a condom.

When the boy's father arrived home, he allegedly found the 15-year-old running to the bathroom with his pants around his ankles while Yates was naked under a blanket.

The boy could then hear Yates and his dad having a heated confrontation, with the affidavit stating: "As he packed his things, he heard his father yelling at (Yates) calling her a ‘c**t’ and a ‘child predator.'

"He also overheard the suspect telling the child victim’s father she was sorry, saying the child victim looks like his father when he was younger."

The teenager was then rushed to his grandparents' home where he spent the night, and allegedly called his stepmom in the morning where he claims she said she wishes they hadn't been caught so they could have been "edging" into the morning.

He alleged that she repeated the sickening comment comparing the boy's looks to those of his father, including disturbingly comparing their genitalia, and giving him a "seven out of 10" rating for his ability in the bedroom.

Yates told police that she and her stepson hadn't seen each other after the encounter, and it is claimed the boy texted and messaged her on Facebook but did not receive a reply.

After the incident, Yates had allegedly blamed the teen and called him a "master manipulator", and several other members of his family, including his father, had also allegedly blamed him, before his father later assured his son that he was on his side and would testify against Yates.

Yates was arrested and charged with sexual battery on a person 12 to 16 years of age, and pleaded not guilty to the charge in December.
