Two months ago, a 19-year-old TikToker by the name of Sofia Marroquin went viral on the social media platform when she was left with a "square head" following a cosmetic procedure.
Now, she has once again taken to social media to finally showcase the end results.
Back in June, Marroquin, from Gold Coast, Australia, underwent a treatment known as a Kybella treatment. This involves nonsurgical injections that are used to reduce excess fat under a person's chin.
But after receiving the non-invasive treatment, Marroquin was left with excess swelling and bruising that resulted in her face literally having right-angles.
Check out the initial results of Sofia's treatment below:

In her original video, Sofia says: "Yep, so just got some lovely needles into my face. My family has absolutely no idea what I've just done and I'm about to get their reaction."
As you can probably imagine, their reactions were P-R-I-C-E-L-E-S-S.
It didn't take long before Sofia's original video to go viral, amassing 4.7 million views on TikTok and being shared all over the internet.
And despite the procedure being perfectly legal and, y'know, Sofia's own personal choice, her comments sections were flooded with people asking her if she had "body dysmorphia", saying she looked like "SpongeBob Squarepants", and claiming that the procedure had been "botched".
To counter her critics, Sofia frequently posted updates of her recovery and included as much information as she could surrounding the treatment.

In one follow-up video, Sofia explains how her face ended up looking square, telling her followers: "Lots of people have been asking why I made my face look like a rectangle. I didn't purposefully make my face look like a rectangle.
"I got a treatment done called Kybella which removes fat from the lower part of your face. People tend to get it for your double chin but I got it in my jowls area.
"Mine was really fatty covering up my jaw so I just wanted to remove that fat - just a little bit - just to make it look a little better. That's all."

And in another video, Sofia says that she understands that people have differing opinions to cosmetics and injectables, but she insisted that "there's not right or wrong," adding:
"If you want to get something done, that's up to you, that's not up to anyone else. Personally, the only reason I got it done wasn't to be fake or to look prettier or anything like that. It was because I was genuinely insecure about it and I was literally always hiding my face with my hair.
"And when I went to go have my consultation, the nurse thoroughly assessed me to see if I'm right for the procedure and she could have easily turned me away if I didn't have any fat there."
Sofia concluded by saying: "So the only reason I did it was for myself."
Per The Sun, Kybella is an FDA-approved treatment and, according to Healthline, some common side effects include pain, swelling, bruising, redness, and numbness.
The end result certainly looks incredible - but that is not the big issue here. As long as Sofia is happy and healthy, it is nobody's right to comment on what she does with her body.
