While Kylie Jenner has been getting all the attention of late - with Stormi Webster's recent arrival and her top secret pregnancy - her sister Kendall has been taking the modelling world by storm. In 2017, the 22-year-old was named the World's Highest-Paid Model on Forbes' top-earning models list after fronting campaigns for the likes of La Perla and Estee Lauder, and donning Victoria Secret's highly-coveted angel wings.

However, the model's latest photoshoot has caused quite the stir, and it's not because it's uncharacteristically broody, or because she's completely nude. No, it appears that the people of the internet have found something new to fixate on... and it's Kendall Jenner’s feet. 

The reality television star posed for a series of portraits shot by Sasha Samsonova. The young photographer, who has also worked with Kylie Jenner, Chrissy Teigen and Jordyn Woods, captured Kendall on black and white film. However, her creative use of light and shadow was not the focal point when it came to discussing the end result. Rather, it was the 22-year-old's feet.

In one picture, the model's feet can be seen resting on a deckchair in the sunshine, and in another they are touching some stone steps.

Some critics thought that Kendall's feet resembled "hands", and they came to this conclusion by paying careful attention to the length of her toes. "What’s your biggest fear? Kendall Jenner’s feet," one Twitter user wrote while another practically quaked in terror, adding "I’m actually scared of Kendall Jenner’s feet."

One social media user even had to reevaluate a fictional relationship with the model. "I’ve been in love with Kendall Jenner for years but whenever i look at her feet i realize it would never work out between us," they wrote.

And another individual came to the conclusion that the model has "fingers on her feet".

Some Twitter users, however, rushed to Kendall's defence, and reassured her that she was still "flawless". "Don't worry about all the haters. I've got weird toes too!" one individual wrote, while another corroborated "I finally have something in common with Kendall Jenner - beautiful feet".

While photographer Sasha Samsonova hasn't yet issued comment on #ToeGate, she recently opened up about photographing Kendall's younger sister, Kylie.

Speaking to W Magazine, Samsonova said:

"It’s super raw footage. As soon as my shoots with Kylie come out, so many people write on my page and rant about how it’s all Photoshop, Photoshop, Photoshop.

"But the thing about this video is that there’s no post-production work whatsoever. It’s only cut together. It’s very raw, and we tried to keep it that way—no skin retouching, nothing."

While the world would be a better place if people could just appreciate beautiful photography without feeling the need to pick apart every supposed "imperfection", we're sure that Kendall Jenner is used to it. In fact, she's probably laughing all the way to the bank.

In other news, Kim Kardashian is freaking out about this throwback photograph of herself.

While the body-positivity movement appears to be in full-swing right now, it doesn't mean that body-shamers have recoiled from their keyboards. Nope, they're still out there writing nasty comments online when someone doesn't look as "perfect" as they should be.

The latest victim? 54-year-old supermodel Elle Macpherson. Yes, even supermodels aren't immune to trolls commenting on their appearance, and it was a recent holiday snap from the Australian which sparked furious backlash against... her feet.

With the innocent caption of "Peace", peace is not what Elle got for the offending Instagram post.

Apparently, people were absolutely disgusted by the supermodel's feet, and they didn't hold back in the comments to tell her. Ranging from "ugly feet" to "bad feet", people had a lot to say.

"I can't see the view past the feet," one person chided, with another calling them "Skinny weird feet". "Please no more picture of those feet," someone else wrote. "Probably shoe problems," one person remarked, while another simply stated: "creepy feet".

"What is that on the left feet???" inquired someone else. First of all, three question marks is probably a bit excessive. And secondly, I guess it's just some kind of natural foot bulge. You know, you get them sometimes, especially when your feet are up and not in their natural position. Plus you'll notice that Elle's snap isn't exactly #nofilter, and the high contrast she's got applied there mixed with harsh shadows really accentuates the curves in her feet.

Others were quick to jump to her defence, following the cruel comments others left. "Oh my good gravy! She is an ageless beauty and this is a beautiful serene photo. I’m sure she is aware of any podiatry issues, for the love of God!" exclaimed someone, following nasty comments accusing Elle of having foot problems because of the "bulge".

"No one said she's a foot model...she's only a SUPERMODEL...who cares what her feet look like...she's amazing!!" said someone else. But whatever. It's her feet, people. Don't you have something better to complain about?

This person's comment summed it up perfectly: "The negative comments on here signify what is wrong in our culture today - always expecting perfection, ignoring the obvious beautiful elements of the shot to focus on something you perceive as not good enough...while the beautiful Elle is enjoying the peaceful moment!! STFU and leave her be."

Elle recently spoke to New Beauty about the changes she's noticed in her body since turning 50 a few years ago – and no, she didn't mention her feet.

"What I noticed is that my skin got dry," the 54-year-old told the publication. "I started to put on weight around my waist and hips, which was never my thing before. My legs started to get heavy. I started to feel lethargic. I also didn't feel inspired. I wasn't sleeping. My whole energy felt heavy."

The Australian also told the magazine that she still loves lying in the sun every day – as demonstrated by her controversial foot photo. She says she lays outside for 20 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the afternoon for her immune system to reap the benefits of natural sunlight.

"I close my eyes and raise my face to the sun so that the pineal gland in the front of my head is toward the sun. That just works wonders for your immune system," she said.

Gordon Ramsay has shocked his many fans on social media this week by revealing the true size of his own feet.

According to The Daily Star, the acclaimed TV chef opened up about his gigantic shoe size in a recent virtual appearance on the British talk show This Morning.

Speaking to hosts Philip Schofield and Holly Willoughby via video feed, Ramsay (a former footballer before venturing into the world of haute cuisine and hospitality) stated that he had whoppingly-huge size 15 feet.

Per The Star, Ramsay was discussing the pressure of presenting his latest television series, and stated on-camera:

"When we get to question nine, 10, or 11 then I am like a nervous wreck. That level of passion is evident, and when they are that close when you can't think of that final answer…

"Then they have to put a penalty on the board and I know that board is going to tip.

"I've got size 15 feet so I'm walking around this beautiful Bank Balance set on tiptoes trying not to sneeze, breathe or even just shudder in the event that the board comes crashing down."

For our American readers, a UK size 15 is a US size 16.

In the aftermath of the interview, a number of Ramsay's fans took to social media to express their shock over his alleged shoe size, with many making some rather lewd suggestions about Gordon too.

For example, one Twitter user wrote: "@GordonRamsay SIZE 15......??? You know what they say about people with big feet. BIG socks. [sic]"

Meanwhile, someone else tweeted him: "Large feet, huge.....socks hey @GordonRamsay, my husband has size 14 feet! Only downside is finding decent slippers!!! Any suggestions?! [sic]"

I don't know about you, but I spend very little to no time looking at Meghan Markle's feet.

With her on-point outfits, incredible beauty and innate ability to command a room (plus much, much more), there's generally so much going on with the newest member of the Royal Family that you simply don't have time to stare at her feet. But... come on. Stay with me here. Let's entertain the idea.

Let's say you're trying to recreate her amazing style and all you have left is the footwear. Let's say you've lent Meghan Markle some shoes but she keeps on telling you she's lost them, but you don't believe her and spend your days trying to catch her in the act of stealing your shoes. Let's say you're Quentin Tarantino.

What you'd might notice in those cases (and in any other cases where you're staring at Meghan Markle's feet) is that she seems to be wearing shoes that are a little too big for her. Not to the point where they're falling off her feet and she's struggling to walk in the graceful manner befitting of someone married to Prince Harry, but enough to raise an eyebrow.

At first glance, you might struggle to wrap your mind around it. Meghan Markle, wearing ill-fitting shoes?

It doesn't make any sense. It's not as if she's rustling through the bargain bin for a pair of nice shoes but they didn't have any in her size. So, any fashion sleuth worth their salt would deduce that Meghan Markle wears shoes a size too big for a reason, and they'd be right.

Enter fashion expert Harriet Davey, who reveals that like Meghan Markle, most celebrities do the same thing when attending an exclusive event or party, and it's for a pretty relatable reason.

"Celebs often go a size up, or even two, in the shoe department when they're at an event or on the red carpet and it's for one reason we can all relate to—to avoid blisters. There's nothing worse than uncomfortable shoes (we've all been there on a night out) and when celebs like Meghan are wearing heels for a long period of time their feet can often swell up."

While I don't usually wear heels, I can certainly relate to Meghan's plight; too much walking in a fancy pair of shoes not really designed for walking means that uncomfortable fabric is pushing up against my skin or socks, wearing down the material and altogether giving me a problem to contend with the morning after my night out.

But this raises another question: when her feet are too small for her shoes, what does Meghan Markle do to keep them where they should be gracefully? Davey has the answer to that too: "A trick of the trade is to stuff the toe with padding like tissue or cotton wool, and this can be taken out once they feel like they need a bit more room in their shoes."

Well, there you go, folks. Next time you're shopping for shoes and your perfect pair are only available in a size up from what you usually wear, just take a deep breath, smile, and buy them anyway. It's what Meghan Markle would do.

Gordon Ramsay's fans have been left absolutely floored after finding out the real size of the celebrity chef's feet.

The restauranteur, 57, is known for his over-the-top outbursts on television, as well as for his sweet posts about his ever-expanding family with his wife Tana, 49, who recently welcomed a new baby. 

However, the last thing most people have given any thought to is the size of Gordon's feet - so it's safe to say the actual size came as something of a shock to many.

It turns out that buying shoes can be something of a difficult task for Gordon as he has size 15 feet (US size 16).
