Starbucks literally just finished racial bias training - we've been told time and time again that discrimination against anyone for essentially existing and doing all the crap people seemingly do every day is not right (you shouldn't have to be told anyway, it should be instilled upon you from birth) yet here we are again with another clown.

Footage has emerged of a man racially abusing a worker at a fast food restaurant for not honoring his burger voucher.

The man launches a vile tirade against the server at the Jack in a Box restaurant in Manvel, Texas where at one point he threatens to send her "back to Mexico."

The original video by Lupita Rangel, was posted here by Wolfie Hernandez, the original post translates to, "I buy you a ticket back to #Mexico", so threaten this man to a Latina employee in a #jackinthebox, apparently the man got upset because he didn't make a coupon that was already beaten, the facts happened to #south From #Houston."

Lupita herself posted: "Never thought i'd experience racism so close."

Another member of staff steps in to try and identify what the issue is. The man responds "She lied her a** off. She thought she could get away with it." While the member of staff tries to tell the man that he will be getting what he had asked for, the man interjects, and claims he had seen the woman dropping food.

He then asks the woman's name and says "goodbye Maria. I'm going to buy you a ticket back to Mexico." The man then storms out of the premises. The video has been viewed over 86,000 times, with many people sharing their outrage at the footage.

Jason Steinberg wrote: "Another day, another angry racist." Christopher Green wrote: "That's horrible. People go through life angry about the smallest things and that talk such hatred ... karma will get him."

Hopefully, a similar fate befalls the unnamed man as it did New York lawyer, Aaron Schlossberg. His racist rant lead to some rather delicious just desserts.

People posted so many negative reviews on his law firm’s Yelp listing that Yelp themselves had to intervene. The company says its policy for news making businesses is to remove posts “that appear to be motivated more by the news coverage itself than the reviewer’s personal consumer experience with the business”.

New reviews about the law firm that apparently slipped through the filtering range from ironically helpful—like how concerned New Yorkers can lodge complaints—to tabloid headline-like condemnations (and subtle sketch show references) such as: “Ya done messed up now, A-a-ron!!”

Schlossberg is no longer welcome in the building where he rents office space. This is probably the result of critics quickly locating Schlossberg’s office listing on Google Maps.

Not only did this include changing the business category to “Mexican Restaurant” and swapping a photo of the attorney for an image of a dog being hit in the face with a frisbee, they also created a GoFundMe page raising “$500 to send a Mariachi band to cheer up the staff and attorneys at The Law Office of Aaron M. Schlossberg Esq. after a difficult day”.

Unsurprisingly, Schlossberg has a history of being a complete a**hole. Internet sleuths and activists dug up dirt on Schlossberg, including video of him calling someone an “ugly f**king foreigner” and photos of him in the company of noted pro-Trump trolls not to mention berating Jewish people for going on marches for Palestine. Talk s**t, get hit...with the scorn of millions of Americans, united in their total disgust of you. Your time is coming, blue t-shirt man.

Protestors have picketed the house of a US Army soldier charged with assaulting a Black man he said was "in the wrong neighborhood".

Jonathan Pentland, a 42-year-old Army sergeant and drill instructor at Fort Jackson in South Carolina, was been charged with third-degree assault and battery earlier this week.

This comes after a video emerged on social media on Monday of Pentland threatening the young Black man at the Lakes at Barony Place; a gated community in Richland County located in the Summit neighborhood of South Carolina.

A large number of people have since begun protesting outside Pentland's property, with some participants taking pictures and live streaming the event.

The protest began peacefully, with those involved directing traffic and ordering pizzas, while others made speeches to show solidarity with the local black community.

However, a later thread from a Twitter user going by the handle @SSaJC shows that one protestor later smashed outdoor lights on the Pentland property and broke a window before other participants calmed him down.

The police arrived shortly thereafter and broke up the crowds.

Pentland has been issued a personal recognizance bond, and if found guilty of the above charges, he faces 30 days in jail and a $500 fine.

The three-minute-long video, which was posted on social media by a woman named Shadae McCallum, shows an irate Pentland angrily asking his victim (identified only as Deandre) what he was doing near his property.

When Deandre responded that he was only out for a walk, Pentland became more incensed; slapping Deandre's phone out of his hand and violently shoving him.

Pentland can be heard stating:

"You're in the wrong neighborhood motherf*****. Get out. I ain't playing with you.

"I'm about to show you what I can do. You either walk away or I'm going to carry your a** out of here."

As of the time of writing, the original tweet has since accrued over 1.3 million views on Twitter alone.

A black man who had a puppy thrown at him during a racist rant by a white woman has revealed that he decided to adopt the dog and provide it with a loving home.

The alarming clip, which was posted to Instagram on Friday, (October 9), shows the unidentified woman arguing with the man (who is filming the interaction) on a street in California. All the while, the woman is holding a young Belgian Malinois puppy.

Throughout the interaction, it is unclear why the two strangers are arguing and who started the confrontation.

However, at one point the woman abruptly says to the man, "You're black," to which the man asks, "What’d you just say?"

"I said you’re black," she replies.

"So what?" the man, who goes by the handle @mulaflare on Instagram, retorts.

"Exactly," she replies before spitting on the street.

"So what if I’m f***ing black. What’s up?" the man asks.

"So what if I’m f***ing white," the woman responds while walking toward him in an unsettling manner.

"I didn’t say nothing about race, you racist b***h!" he says. "You’re the one bringing up f***ing race."

She then changes the subject, saying, "And what if you're from California and I'm not?" The man insists he is not from California, which prompts the woman to keep asking him where he is from.

"What's wrong with you?" he asks.

Moments later, the woman says she does not have an "identity".

"Does it look like I have an identity?" she says before appearing to kick the man.

The man then asks the woman if the dog she is carrying is hers. This prompts her to suddenly throw the unsuspecting canine at him.

"What the f***!" the man exclaims. The young dog can be heard yelping in distress. The man comforts and pets the dog before turning his attention back to the woman.

"Get the f*** out of here, you dumb b***h!" he says. "Whoa, back up, this is not your f***king dog. This is not your dog no more. I got a video of everything. Yeah, get the f*** out of here. You’re going to jail, b***h."

Per The Independent, in the man's most recent post, uploaded on Sunday, (October 11), the man can be seen cradling and playing with the pup - who he has named Movie.

Naturally, people were overjoyed to hear that Movie had been given a caring home, and this was the happy ending (or beautiful beginning) that people were desperate to see:

The video he uploaded of the woman throwing the pup at him has been viewed nearly 3 million times at the time of writing.

As much as a lot of us probably don't want to admit it, racism is still alive and well in the world. Across all levels of society, white people are still favored (whether deliberately or not) above others, and not enough is being done to counteract the problem. But not all incidents of racism are glaringly obvious. Some - or most, even - are subtle, which is why the issue is still being brushed under the carpet. Racism doesn't have to be as explicit as using a slur, or expressing supremacist viewpoints, or committing a racially-motivated crime. For those at the receiving end of it, racism can be found in the most seemingly-innocent of conversations. This is what happened to Emmit Walker, who had a pretty insulting interaction with a woman while he was waiting to board his flight at the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport in DC on Tuesday. Walker, a music executive, was preparing to fly to the Dominican Republic to celebrate his 37th birthday when he found himself being challenged by a white woman who didn't think he should have been boarding the flight at that moment. Both he and the woman had first class tickets but, for some reason, the other passenger assumed that Walker was mistaken somehow, and told him, "You may be in the wrong place." Now, what could possibly have made her think that? Walker remained calm, however, and produced his boarding pass for the woman to take a look at. "I'm in the right spot," he said. He also pointed out that he had been there longer, so she would have to wait her turn. But she still refused to believe that he had actually purchased the ticket, and said that he must have only got his ticket from being 'military or something.'" Exactly why this woman assumed that a black man couldn't possibly have paid for his own flight is not clear, but her actions insulted Walker nonetheless. So he put her on blast. The post immediately blew up, drawing in nearly a quarter of a million shares and 661,000 reactions. Most people were supportive of Walker, and agreed that the woman's prejudiced assumptions were unacceptable. However, others were critical of his decision to share her face so publicly. Now, one could argue that if she didn't want to be called out for saying racist stuff, she shouldn't have said racist stuff. But, on the other hand, Walker could have posted about the situation without showing her face. After just a day, the music executive actually posted again to say he regretted sharing the picture. As he explains in the Instagram post, he didn't actually expect the post to get much traction at all, and thought that it would be seen only by a few friends who would brush it off as nothing serious because they'd all experienced similar things before. Essentially, it was meant as a humorous commentary, not an attack on the woman. "I WOULD LIKE TO APOLOGIZE AGAIN TO THE WOMAN I HAD THIS ENCOUNTER WITH YESTERDAY. NO MATTER HOW WRONG YOUR ACTIONS YOU DON’T DESERVE THIS," he wrote - even though he had been the victim in the situation. Walker's actions were truly admirable, especially considering that he didn't do anything to provoke the situation. His attitude is one that we should all try to adopt: always try to put yourself in another person's shoes before challenging them on something.

A young South Korean man has captured the moment he was attacked by a racist thug inside of a 7-Eleven store in New York City.

Sungmin Kwon, 23, says he was just trying to buy some juice and popcorn from the store near his home in Queens, when the man behind him in the line launched into an expletive-ridden and racist tirade.

Kwon says the man went on a "disgusting racist rant" against Eastern Asian people - even going as far as to blame Asian and Chinese people for the coronavirus pandemic, the Daily Mail reports.

Speaking to the Daily News, Kwon says he called out the man on his comments, explaining: "I just felt like it was important to speak up and show people like him that his kind of behavior will not be tolerated."

However, that's when the altercation turned violent, and Kwon says the man tried to "kick" him and push him to the ground.

The video was recorded on June 21, and shows the irate man - seen wearing a blue polo shirt and black face mask - repeatedly calls Kwon a "g**k", which is a derogatory term for people of East and Southeast Asian descent.

The man in the blue shirt can then be heard shouting "get the f*** out of here" and "get the f*** away from me, as he tried to grab Kwon's phone.

Sharing the upsetting video to Facebook, Kwon wrote:

"This racism s**t is getting f***ing tiring. I really wanted to smack this motherf***er back but I didn't wanna get arrested as well. It's frustrating that s**t like this still goes and trashy ignorant racist d***heads live amongst us.

"If it wasn't for the law, I would've ripped his head off. Racist people deserve the worst. Idk why I kept saying ok like an old Asian elderly who can't speak English. Got this punk-a** b***h's face and his license plate. I hope the police catch his a** soon."

When several commenters asked what happen to prompt the man's attack, an upset Kwon explained:

"I went to my local 711 to get some snacks. Racist pr*ck in the video went on a disgusting racist rant against Asians saying Asians are the cause for the pandemic, we're filthy, and don't belong in this country.

"I called him out on his bulls**t and he approached me. He tried to kick me while calling me a 'g**k'. That's when I took my phone out and he begins to assault me.

"He did push me to the ground but it didn't hurt. I wanted to rip this motherf***er's head & limbs off and beat him into a coma but I didn't want to get arrested.

"It sucked being his punching bag for few minutes but thank god he hits like [a] b**ch."

Two of Kwon's friends - who had been waiting in a car outside - then entered the store to see what was going on. At that moment, Kwon decided to call the police and that's when the man "made a run for it", Kwon said.

Officers from the 111th Precinct showed up to the store on Northern Blvd in Bayside just minutes later.

Fortunately, Kwon was able to take a photograph of the man's license plate, and the Mail reports that the NYPD's Hate Crimes Task Force is now investigating.
