Tammy Slaton has hit another major milestone in her weight loss journey as the TV star was pictured without her oxygen tube.
Since finding fame on the show 1000-lb Sisters, fans have been captivated by Tammy's journey to losing weight and overhauling her life.
Tammy, who used to weigh over 700 lbs, revealed in March that she had lost over 300 lbs, and was able to stand and walk unaided, but still used an oxygen tube to help with her breathing.
However, fans were delighted to see Tammy post a new set of unfiltered selfies on her Instagram account, and noticed she wasn't using her oxygen tube in the snaps.
Tammy posed in a denim jacket with her wavy hair loose around her face as she captioned the photos: "6 beautiful photos of myself without filters."
Her followers immediately flooded the comments congratulating her on her health journey, writing: "So proud of you" and "Love a natural look. True beauty, you've done so well on your journey. I'm awaiting a gastric bypass in a couple of months. Can't wait."
Others added: "Your skin looks so good! What do you use on it? Looking so healthy, Tammy" and "Gosh I like you even better without the filters! You look even more beautiful!"
Another commented: "You look great, congratulations, all your hard work shows. You are glowing from the inside out. Keep going beautiful," while one wrote: "BEAUTIFUL, TAMMY!!! So proud of all your hard work."
The TLC star has been working hard over recent years to get to a healthy weight after struggling with obesity and an addiction to food.
The 36-year-old's weight loss was documented on the show after she dropped 183 lbs following her stint at a food rehabilitation facility after struggling to reach the weight needed to qualify for bariatric surgery, as reported by The Mirror.
During the most recent series of the TLC show, Tammy hit her goal weight after she dropped from 717 lbs to 534 lbs, and posted pictures on Instagram of her dramatic change.
At the time, she expressed her happiness in shedding weight, saying: "When I got on the scale and I saw the scale was at 534.7, I kinda stopped breathing for a second. I'm like 14 lbs. under my goal weight.
"From over 700, that's a huge drop. I'm feeling thrilled, proud, excited - just all the emotions. I proved everybody wrong. Everybody that doubted me, I finally got mine! My told-you-so moment."
And Tammy also met her now-husband Caleb Willingham while recovering from the weight loss surgery, and the couple got engaged in October 2022 before marrying a month later in an intimate ceremony with their family and closest friends.
Congratulations to Tammy as she continues to hit more and more milestones on her health journey.
