Aaron Carter's fiancée Melanie Martin has spoken out to question the results of the singer's autopsy after his cause of death was confirmed.
Carter, 34, was found dead in November after his body was found in the bathtub at his home by his housekeeper.
Results of his autopsy and toxicology report were revealed in April, which stated that Carter had accidentally drowned after inhaling difluoroethane, a propellant for aerosol sprays which is often huffed to cause a high, and taking alprazolam - better known as Xanax.
Martin, who is the mother of Carter's 17-month old son Prince, has revealed she has "more questions" about the star's death as she claims the "chain of events" leading to it do not make sense.

She told TMZ: "The results of the autopsy are not closure for me. It claims death is by drowning but also adds he was wearing a t-shirt and necklace in the bathtub which doesn't make sense, why would he be in a bathtub with clothes on?
"I am still in shock and still miss Aaron every day. I don’t understand the chain of events and this report only has us asking more questions."
The autopsy report states that Carter was "incapacitated while in the bathtub" and slipped under the water and drowned as the drugs in his system took effect, via People.
As well as Martin, Carter's mom Jane Schneck has also questioned her son's death, claiming he had been the subject of death threats in the lead-up to the tragic incident.
She shared graphic photos of the scene in the bathroom where Carter was found, including the discolored water and clothing on the floor.
Schneck told her followers: "Still trying to get a real investigation for the death of my son Aaron Carter. I want to share these death scene photos with you all because the coroner wrote it off as an accidental drug overdose.
"They never investigated it as a possible crime scene because of his addiction past. Look at the photos. They were not taken by the police but they allowed people to go in and out although a lot of potential homicide information was there for years."
Schneck claimed: "Aaron had a lot of death threats and many many people who were making his life miserable."
Carter had been found dead by his housekeeper and prescription pills and drug paraphernalia were found in his bedroom.
Martin and Carter had had an on-off relationship but got engaged in June 2020 and welcomed their son in November 2021, a year before his death.
Carter had previously told People: "I'm going to be a good father. I know it. I want lots of kids, lots of stability, lots of happiness and laughter, and learning and having fun. It's going to be good."
The singer had also shown his commitment to his fiancée by having her name tattooed on his face above his right eyebrow.
