Brad Pitt has added his voice to Joe Biden's bid for the presidency in a new campaign ad during which the actor describes the Democratic nominee as the "president for all Americans".
The ad was dropped during the World Series game on Saturday and features the former vice president meeting with Americans from a range of backgrounds.
"America is a place for everyone - those who chose this county, those who fought for it - some Republicans, some Democrats, and most, somewhere in between," the actor says over a clip of Biden meeting his supporters.

In the ad, the Oscar-winning actor says that all Americans are ultimately looking for the same thing: a leader who understands them.
Pitt says that they want a president who is honest, respectful, and who will work hard to make the US a better place for families.
"To work just as hard for the people who voted for him as those who didn't. To be a president for all Americans," Pitt continues as the footage switches from clips of Biden meeting supporters to Biden and his wife Dr. Jill Biden against footage adorned with the American flag.
Pitt is the latest in a long line of celebrities to publicly declare their support for the Democratic nominee.
Mel Brooks even made his first-ever political video to support the former vice president's bid in a clip that was posted to Twitter by his son.
"My father, @MelBrooks, is 94. He has never made a political video. Until now," Mel's son, author Max Brooks, tweeted.
In the political video, Brooks can be seen sitting down with a mug that says "Cup of Joe" while his son and grandson look in from the window behind him.

"Hi folks, I'm Mel Brooks, and behind me, you see my son and my grandson," Mel begins the video.
"They can't be with me," Mel continues. "Why? Because of this coronavirus, and Donald Trump's not doing a damn thing about it."
"I'm voting for Joe Biden," Mel explains. "I like Joe. Why do I like Joe? Because Joe likes facts, because Joe likes science. Joe will keep us going."
