Actress and comedian Amy Schumer recently gave birth to her first child, a son named Gene Attell. And, ever one to keep it real, she shared a picture of herself five weeks later still wearing hospital underwear.
As you can tell, they look comfortable - and comfort is of the utmost importance when you've just birthed a human.

Credit: 1017She was then praised by other moms for her laid back approach to parenting and not trying to act like postpartum life is a walk in the park (if Kylie Jenner's Instagram feed was anything to go by, you'd be forgiven for thinking it was!).
Credit: 1503This isn't the first time that the comedian has been using humor to embrace the changes her body has gone through during pregnancy. She also did this photoshoot, embracing her pregnant body in all its "imperfect" glory.
However, the internet being the internet, Schumer's keeping it real approach was not met favorably by everyone:
