Billie Eilish has once again given her fans a rare glimpse at her never-before-seen-in-full thigh tattoo - and Twitter completely lost it.

The 19-year-old singer had turned heads on Monday night in New York at the 2021 Met Gala in her Marilyn Monroe-inspired Oscar de la Renta gown. That look can be seen below:

However, it was her second look of the evening that really got pulses racing, as the 'Bad Guy' singer - who is currently embracing the looks of Hollywood's Golden Age as part of her Happier Than Ever era - stepped out in a stunning red wine-colored gown.

This second look was reportedly once again designed by Oscar de la Renta, as per Page Six, and featured an empowering thigh-high slit that showed off the top of the popstar's right leg. The look was also paired with a sheer cape - which is really cool if I do say so myself.

And fans were quick to spot a hint of Elish's large hip tattoo, which she had previously teased as part of her Internet-breaking Vogue photoshoot back in June.

And with Eilish's fans being as dedicated as they are, it wasn't long before Twitter was flooded with photos of Billie in her daring dress.

"Billie Eilish having a snake tattoo on her upper thigh is peak awesome sexiness," one person tweeted.

Another added: "The more @billieeilish teases her tattoo the more I really want to see the full piece."

"If I see one more picture of [Billie Eilish] from the met gala, my heart is gonna explode [...] her leg tattoo is also one of the hottest things I’ve ever seen in my life," another Twitter user added.

The tattoo - which appears to be a dragon or some sort of mythical serpent - was first seen during Eilish's British Vogue photoshoot, in which she wore a sheer corset and nude stockings with suspenders, making her inking clearly visible.

Last year, Eilish told Vanity Fair: "I did get a tattoo. But you won't ever see it."

But back to the Met Gala, and as the youngest co-chair in the history of the event, Eilish was sure to make a statement.

In fact, she only agreed to wear her Oscar de la Renta gown under one condition: the fashion house stops using fur for future designs. And according to The New York Times, Oscar de la Renta agreed, in a huge win for the teenage vegan.
