Brendan Fraser was hilariously interrupted while in the middle of a Nintendo Switch game - by a fan who was supposed to interview him.
The 52-year-old George Of The Jungle star had gotten so stuck into the game he was playing that he was unable to focus on anything else.
And so when a male fan waiting to chat with the actor appeared on the screen of a video call, he, barely looking away from the device, gestured to the fan to wait a moment by holding up a finger.
Check out the wonderfully awkward moment below:At the start of the clip, Fraser can be seen really getting into his game when the fan who was supposed to interview him, Scott Lawrence, suddenly appears.
"Hey," Scott says in order to make his presence known to the distracted actor.
But Fraser responds not with words, but by indicating that he'd quite like to spend another few moments on his Nintendo Switch game.
But before long, a female voice is heard telling the actor that Scott will take a photo when he is ready.
And that's when Fraser suddenly realizes what's going on around him (virtually anyway).
He says in response: "What? Oh! Hi Scott."
A number of fans have since taken to social media to share their glee over the chuckle-worthy moment, with one person tweeting: "Brendan Fraser is a treasure and if you need any more proof, here he is playing on a Nintendo Switch."
Another wrote something that probably more than a few of us can agree with: "Relatable actually."
A third had this to say: "Girls only want one thing and that’s for brendan fraser to be happy. [sic]."
This comes after Fraser recently got emotional after hearing how people are "rooting" for him.
An interviewer told him recently: "You got this! You got this! Just know that the internet is so behind you, we're so supportive. There's so many people out there who love you and we're rooting for you and we can't wait to see what you do next."
And the modest actor was clearly overwhelmed by the kind words, telling her: "Shucks, ma'am!"
