On Wednesday (December 27), the 45-year-old model took to her social media to commemorate her special anniversary with the 68-year-old Die Hard star.

Marking the years they’ve spent together, Heming Willis shared photos of her and the actor in a tropical getaway. In one of the pictures, she is seen kissing her husband on the cheek and in another, the sweet couple can be seen embracing.

Check out Emma's post below:

The couple first met in 2007, roughly three years after the Sixth Sense star split from Brooke Burns.

They made one of their first public appearances together at the Sundance Film Festival in January 2008, when Heming Willis accompanied her partner to the premiere of his film, What Just Happened?

The duo then tied the knot in a wedding ceremony held in Turks and Caicos on March 21, 2009, and later welcomed two daughters, Evelyn, nine, and Mabel, 11.

Willis also shares three adult daughters with ex Demi Moore - Rumer Glenn Willis, 35, Scout LaRue Willis, 32, and Tallulah Belle Willis, 29.

On her Instagram Story, Emma posted the heartwarming pictures and wrote: "16 years together?! Lord where did the time go," and added "Sweet 16" against a snapshot of her kissing her spouse.

Back in February, the family announced that the Pulp Fiction star had been diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia, following his aphasia diagnosis in 2022.

Heming Willis took to Instagram to give fans further details on her husband's condition at the time, writing: "Since we announced Bruce's diagnosis of aphasia in spring 2022, Bruce's condition has progressed and we now have a more specific diagnosis: frontotemporal dementia (known as FTD)."

"Unfortunately, challenges with communication are just one symptom of the disease Bruce faces. While this is painful, it is a relief to finally have a clear diagnosis," she continued. "Bruce always believed in using his voice in the world to help others, and to raise awareness about important issues both publicly and privately."

She also addressed the actor's fans, stating that she and the family were thankful for the outpouring of support during this difficult time. "Bruce has always found joy in life – and has helped everyone he knows to do the same," Heming Willis said.

"It has meant the world to see that sense of care echoed back to him and to all of us. We have been so moved by the love you have all shared for our dear husband, father, and friend during this difficult time," she added. "Your continued compassion, understanding, and respect will enable us to help Bruce live as full a life as possible."

After posting about her 16th anniversary with her husband, Heming Willis also shared an update on her Instagram stories about how she’s been feeling as Willis battles with dementia.

Speaking to fans, she said: "How do I really feel about today? Well how do I look?" before letting a small laugh. She then stated: "Think this about sums it up" and pointed to herself as she donned a blue jumper while looking fresh-faced.

"I just got off the phone with a really dear girlfriend of mine who I was able to have a good cry with. It is really important to be able to have someone that you can trust with your feelings instead of just bottling them up and putting your best foot forward and just kind of soldering through stuff which I have a tendency to do," she said.

"But you know, holidays are hard. Anniversaries are hard. But for me this year, it’s really been about community - building a community and connection. And I just want to say that has been my lifeline and I just want to thank you for that," she concluded.
