Chrissy Teigen has been sent a cake in honor of having her breast implants removed after 14 years.
On Tuesday, the model and cookbook author took to her Instagram Stories to share a few snaps of the hilarious cake.

The desert featured a grey tombstone with "RIP 2006 - 2020" written on it, alongside two large breasts covered by a black bra made from icing. The date range on the tombstone references the period of time that Chrissy had her implants.
The cake appears to have been a gift from Teigen’s two friends, talent agents Meghan Mackenzie and Luke Dillon, who she tagged in the post.

Last week, Teigen revealed that the procedure was a success by sharing snaps of some hilarious get well soon cards from her two children, Luna and Miles.
In the caption of the picture, Chrissy wrote: "Surgery went perfectly! So so so so so sore but waking up to this made it go away for half a minute at least."
The first card read "Have fun pulling your boobies out," and was signed "Love Luna." And the second, from Miles, said "Bye Boobies," with a mermaid sticker.
Chrissy revealed that she was having her breast implants removed in an Instagram post last month.
"Hi hi! So I posted myself getting a covid test on the twitter, as I’m getting surgery soon," she wrote. "A lot of people are understandably curious (and nosey!) so I’ll just say it here: I’m getting my boobs out! They’ve been great to me for many years but I’m just over it. I’d like to be able to zip a dress in my size, lay on my belly with pure comfort! No biggie! So don’t worry about me! All good. I’ll still have boobs, they’ll just be pure fat. Which is all a tit is in the first place. A dumb, miraculous bag of fat."
Well, it looks like Luna and Miles are definitely following in their hilarious mother's footsteps!
