Eagle-eyed fans have noticed a detail about Heidi Klum's halloween outfit that has blown their minds.
On October 31, Klum made her jaw-dropping entrance at her annual Halloween bash in New York City, unveiling what could be her most terrifying transformation to date.
Dressed head to tail as the mythical monster Medusa, the 50-year-old model and TV star left fans stunned, horrified, and completely obsessed.
“Very Ugly — Very Scary”: Klum’s Nightmare Fuel Reveal
Klum had teased for weeks that this year’s costume would take things to a whole new level, and she did not disappoint. Before the reveal, she told Good Morning America: “I’m going to be very ugly — very scary, but very ugly.”
When she finally arrived at Hard Rock Hotel New York’s The Venue, the red carpet transformed into a mythical horror show.
Klum's costume featured green scales, sharp fangs, a huge rattlesnake tail, and most notably, a headpiece with moving snakes that seemed eerily alive.
“It took 10 hours to get into the costume,” Klum revealed.

Working alongside her longtime collaborator, Emmy-winning prosthetic artist Mike Marino, Klum spent months designing the creature look.
Over 15 team members were involved, with nine to ten hours of makeup and prosthetic application needed on Halloween night.
“I wanted to be really, really like a really ugly, ugly Medusa. And I feel like we nailed it ‑ to the teeth,” Klum said. “I am ready to shake this rattlesnake tail!”

"How are the snakes moving????" one person asked.

"THE SNAKES MOVINGGGGG," a third commented.
And another fan crowned her costume royalty, posting: "Medusa the snakes moving takes the crown. Amazing."
More fans chimed in with praise: "Wow. Epic and congratulations you are amazing. Queen of Halloween."
Others described the look as "nightmare fuel," with one person recalling a childhood trauma: “As a child of the 80s who was traumatized by the stop motion animation in Clash of the Titans, this is going to give me nightmares.”
Another added: “She looks almost unrecognizable. That tongue! That stare!”
And one more wrote: “Nightmare fuel. But I love it.”
Tom Kaulitz Joins the Myth as Petrified Warrior
Heidi wasn’t alone in her monstrous makeover. Husband Tom Kaulitz played the perfect counterpart, showing up as a warrior turned to stone - just as the Medusa myth dictates.
The duo posed for photos, leaning into the eerie narrative.
Klum’s commitment to Halloween is legendary. In fact, she starts planning next year’s look the moment the party ends.
“It all started about 25 years ago when I was searching for the party in New York City and I thought, ‘I’m going to have to take that one over'," she once explained to followers in a video posted on social media.
“I have sleepless nights over Halloween, you have no idea. I always hope that it works out.”
