Demi Moore has sweetly shared that she visits Bruce Willis "every week" following his dementia diagnosis.

The 69-year-old Die Hard legend retired from acting in 2022 after it was revealed that he was diagnosed with aphasia, a condition that affects speech and comprehension.

A year later, Willis's family heartbreakingly announced that the actor's health issues had deteriorated and that he had been living with frontotemporal dementia (FTD).

The Sixth Sense star has remained largely out of the spotlight since news of his health was made public, but his blended family frequently shares updates about him on social media.

On Friday (September 13), Moore spoke about Willis during her appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show.

The host reminisced about Willis's cameo in the 2003 movie Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle - in which she and Moore starred - and said: "When we did Charlie's Angels, Bruce came and played on it, and he opens up the film. And we got to work with him," as cited by The New York Post.

“I mean, I used to know him when he was a bartender at Cafe Central!” she added. “I’ve known him my whole life, too. How is he right now?” Barrymore asked the 61-year-old actress.

Moore, who was married to Willis from 1987 to 2000, responded: "Given the givens, he’s in a stable place."

The Ghost actress shares daughters Rumer, 36, Scout, 33, and Tallulah, 30, with the Armageddon star.

She spoke about the advice she gives her children as they cope with their father’s health struggles.

“What I say to my kids is you meet them where they’re at. You don’t hold on to who they were or what you want them to be, but who they are in this moment,” Moore said. “And from that, there is such beauty and joy and loving and sweetness.”

She also revealed to Barrymore that she remained close with her ex-husband after their divorce, and tries to spend as much time with him when she's in LA. “When I’m in LA, I go over every week, and I really treasure the time that we all share,” she said.

Willis married his second wife, Emma Heming Willis, in 2009. The pair share daughters Mabel, 12, and Evelyn, 10.

Moore has a close relationship with both the actor and his wife. In 2009, she attended the couple's wedding, as well as their 10th wedding anniversary in 2019.

In May, eldest daughter Rumer spoke about her father's condition, telling Fox News Digital: "I think, for me, through this experience, what's been so incredible is my dad is so beloved, and that's been so evident in the transparency with which we've been sharing.

"And I think if there's any way sharing our experience brings hope – whatever comes forward as a family – that can have an effect and bring any sort of hope, comfort to someone else experiencing that, then to me, that's … everything," she added.
