Celebrity biographer Tom Bower is planning on writing an unauthorized biography of Meghan Markle.

According to The Sun, Bower, who has previously published biographies documenting the lives and careers of public figures such as  Simon Cowell, Philip Green, and Bernie Ecclestone, has been granted a six-figure advance to pen a tell-all exposé of the Duchess of Sussex.

Take a look at this video of Meghan Markle discussing the pressures of motherhood:

A source  told The Sun: "This is the book Meghan will be dreading. Tom doesn't pull his punches and is terrifyingly thorough in his research. No stone will be left unturned."

They added:

"Tom has previously worked with some of his subjects, and even spent time trailing them, but it has been made perfectly clear to him that this will not be an option with Meghan.

"She wants no part of it. Given the events of recent weeks and months, this book will be dynamite.

"He reckons this is just the tip of the iceberg, and more will emerge over the next 12 months."

Bower will begin writing the book in 2022, after spending a year conducting research into Markle as well as interviews with those who knew or know her.

The award-winning author is expected to interview Markle's family, including her father Thomas Markle, who has publicly criticized the British Royal Family over their treatment of him in the past.

He will also approach friends of the various aides and former palace staff who no longer work for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex following their decision to step down as senior working royals in 2020.

Publisher Simon & Schuster acquired the rights to the book after an intense bidding process.

News of the upcoming biography comes after Markle was accused of "unacceptable behavior" towards royal staff in leaked emails from a senior Buckingham Palace aide.

The leaked messages also accused Markle of driving two personal assistants out of the royal household with her behavior.

In response to bullying allegations, a spokesperson for Markle said: "The Duchess is saddened by this latest attack on her character, particularly as someone who has been the target of bullying herself and is deeply committed to supporting those who have experienced pain and trauma.

"She is determined to continue her work building compassion around the world and will keep striving to set an example for doing what is right and doing what is good."
