The heartbreaking reason why Adam Sandler sends a bouquet of flowers to Jennifer Aniston a bouquet every year has been revealed.
The 56-year-old Friends star has spoken up about the touching way her friend and co-star shows up for her year after year - especially on one of her most difficult days.

Aniston opens up about her fertility struggles
In a 2023 interview with the Wall Street Journal, Aniston shared that the 59-year-old and his wife, Jackie, send her a bouquet every Mother’s Day. The gesture began after the couple learned about Aniston’s long and private struggle with infertility.
Aniston, who does not have children, spoke publicly about her journey to conceive during a 2022 interview with Allure. “I was trying to get pregnant. It was a challenging road for me, the baby-making road,” she said, explaining how she went through in vitro fertilization (IVF), drank “Chinese teas,” and “threw everything” at trying to get pregnant.
“I would’ve given anything if someone had said to me, ‘Freeze your eggs. Do yourself a favor,’” she continued. “You just don’t think it. So here I am today. The ship has sailed.”
Though her attempts were unsuccessful, Aniston said she no longer carries uncertainty. “I have zero regrets,” she said. “I actually feel a little relief now because there is no more, ‘Can I? Maybe. Maybe. Maybe.’ I don’t have to think about that anymore.”
The Morning Show actress also reflected on how her fertility struggles were compounded by media speculation - especially following her high-profile divorce from Brad Pitt in 2005.
“All the years and years and years of speculation... It was really hard,” she said. “God forbid a woman is successful and doesn’t have a child. And the reason my husband left me, why we broke up and ended our marriage, was because I wouldn’t give him a kid. It was absolute lies. I don’t have anything to hide at this point.”

Personal reflections on growth and relationships
In the interview, Aniston also looked back on the challenges she faced in her 30s and 40s. “I’d gone through really hard s*** and if it wasn’t for going through that, I would’ve never become who I was meant to be,” she said.
“That’s why I have such gratitude for all those s**y things. Otherwise, I would’ve been stuck being this person that was so fearful, so nervous, so unsure of who they were. And now, I don’t f***ing care.”
She also spoke about how her parents’ divorce when she was nine shaped her views on relationships. “It was always a little bit difficult for me in relationships, I think, because I really was kind of alone. I don’t know. My parents, watching my family’s relationship, didn’t make me kind of go, ‘Oh, I can’t wait to do that,’ ” she said.
“I didn’t like the idea of sacrificing who you were or what you needed, so I didn’t really know how to do that. So it was almost easier to just be kind of solo. So I didn’t have any real training in that give-and-take," the actress added.
According to PEOPLE, Aniston has been romantically linked to Jim Curtis, a coach and hypnotherapist.
