There's no doubt that lockdown has been hard for all our relationships. Yes, the pressure of staying indoors during quarantine has caused many a couple to fall out over the course of 2020, and I know I'm guilty of bickering too.
But if you're looking for two people who best embody relationship goals, then you couldn't do better than Chrissy Tiegen and John Legend. It's clear to anyone who follows them on Instagram that these two are head-over-heels in love with one another.

So how have they managed to stay so tight over the years of their marriage? Well, it turns out that the secret to their success lies (at least partially) in the fact that they attend couple's therapy together, to stay on top of any issues that may arise in their partnership.
John Legend made the revelation in a recent interview with Cosmopolitan, where he opened up about how life in lockdown had been for him, Chrissy, and their children, Miles and Luna.

When asked: 'What's the secret to your relationship?', John candidly replied:
"It sounds obvious but being with someone you really care about, respect, and enjoy being around. I think that’s the crucial foundation. Then communicating, being considerate, listening to your partner, and making sure their needs are met."
"[...] We go to therapy sometimes. I think every couple who has been together for a long time could use time to talk with a third party to help with whatever concerns they have."

When pressed about what sort of issues he and Chrissy argue about, John stated:
"Just little things, especially when you’re home together all the time. There’s always a moment when you’ll annoy your partner or do something inconsiderate. Usually my fault. We don’t have big knock-downs."
"We really have a great life together and I’m so happy with what we’ve built. Any of the differences we have or arguments are just so minor and minuscule compared to all the great times we’ve had together."

Yes, it's clear that John and Chrissy are still crazy about one another. After all, Chrissy recently confirmed that she's pregnant with John's third baby, so I guess the magic's still there.
