In an episode of the hit Hulu series The Kardashians, fans got a behind-the-scenes look at the 44-year-old SKIMS founder prepping for Milan Fashion Week, where Prada tapped her for a major appearance while Kendall hit the runway.
From racks of designer fits to a Yankees cap she picked up as a gift for her then-boyfriend, Davidson, Kardashian was glowing and not just because of the high fashion.
In a confessional, she got real about her then-relationship with the 31-year-old comedian, offering a simple yet powerful explanation for why he's always linked to stunning A-listers like Ariana Grande, Kaia Gerber, and Kate Beckinsale.
"Pete has the best heart," she said, cited by Entertainment Tonight. "I feel like people, they have this, like, idea of him that he dates all these hot girls. And he does. But he's just the sweetest, most thoughtful person."
At the time, the couple had been dating for about four months after meeting on Saturday Night Live, and Davidson had already gotten multiple tattoos dedicated to Kardashian, including one that read: “My girl is a lawyer.”
Although the two eventually called it quits, the reality TV star has only had kind things to say about her ex since, telling Interview magazine: "He's literally such a good person, they don't really make them like him anymore."
Turns out, Kardashian's not the only one offering insight.
Davidson himself addressed the obsession with his dating life at the 9th Annual Patrice O’Neal Comedy Benefit Concert, joking: "I'm Tropic Thunder. I'm the diamond in the trash. It's a steal. It doesn't belong in the trash," per US Weekly.

It’s not just self-deprecating humor that makes him a fan favorite, either, as relationship expert Amber Kelleher-Andrews explained that Davidson’s appeal goes far deeper than surface-level charm.
"He makes a career as a comedian, he's a funny guy," she told the Daily Mail. "People really like people who can make them laugh and feel like they're having a good time."
And the science backs it up, as studies have shown that laughter not only improves mood but can even boost lifespan. But humor alone isn’t the full story.
Kelleher-Andrews says what sets Davidson apart is that he doesn’t carry the usual “arrogant, sarcastic, guarded” energy of many comedians. Instead, she called him "comfortably charming" and emotionally honest.
"Pete Davidson wears his heart on his sleeve," she said. "He has been very open and candid about his difficult past... Women are drawn to his innocence. They want to 'help' him or 'fix' him. It is his cute puppy dog demeanor that gives him a genuine persona."

When it comes to relationships, the former SNL star says it’s not about extravagance, it’s about attitude. On the River Café Table 4 podcast, he said his go-to first dates involve food or films: "Even if I’m a s*** date, it’s like, at least the food was great."
But there’s one dealbreaker that’ll make him run: bad manners. "In my head, I would be like: 'Okay, never... this is it,’" he said about people being rude to waitstaff.
