Kourtney Kardashian once left fans doing a double take after describing the relationship between siblings Khloé and Rob Kardashian as "a little incestual".
The comment, which resurfaced online after fans revisited one of the family's most memorable episodes of The Kardashians, came as Kourtney reflected on the unique dynamic each of her siblings shares with their younger brother.
Speaking in a confessional, the reality TV star said: "Him and Khloé are a little incestual." She then joked: "Him and Kim are like the husband and wife that hate each other."
The comment quickly caught the attention of viewers, many of whom were already familiar with Khloé and Rob's unusually close sibling bond.
Kourtney went on to explain that she and Rob were also incredibly close growing up.
"Rob and I, we were super close friends at one point where we would always go out together and hold hands and just have so much fun together," she said."I love having him around."
The Kardashian siblings have often joked publicly about their close relationships over the years.
One example came when Rob shared a photo of Khloé as his "Woman Crush Wednesday" on social media, prompting some fans to question the post.
"Rob, that's your sister," one person commented at the time.
Khloé later leaned into the joke herself, reposting the criticism and writing: "Totally a normal brother/sister relationship. Incest is best!!!!"
The topic resurfaced again during an episode of The Kardashians when Khloé called Rob with an unusual request involving her best friend, Malika Haqq.
Khloé explained that Malika was considering having another child and had been looking into sperm donation.
"Why not get it from you?" Khloé asked her brother over the phone.
A shocked Rob immediately pushed back on the suggestion before Khloé clarified that she wasn't asking him to sleep with her friend.
"You just put it in a cup," she explained.
The conversation quickly descended into awkward laughter, with Khloé eventually admitting: "This is weirder than I thought."
Rob has largely stayed out of the spotlight in recent years after stepping away from reality television, making his appearances on The Kardashians relatively rare.
While Kourtney's "incestual" comment was clearly meant jokingly, needless to say, her remark didn't take long to become a talking point among fans.

Kourtney Kardashian has made the outrageous claim that siblings Khloé and Rob have an "incestual" relationship.
The 38-year-old may prefer a life away from the cameras, but his close-knit, and sometimes eyebrow-raising, relationship with his older sister just got a spotlight of its own.
In the latest episode of The Kardashians, which aired on October 30 on Hulu, Kourtney, 46, opened up about the unique dynamic each of the Kardashian sisters shares with their only brother.
During a confessional on the show, Kourtney quipped: “Him and Khloé are a little incestual. Him and Kim are like the husband and wife that hate each other.”
As for her own relationship with Rob, the eldest Kardashian sister described it as “super close friends,” reminiscing: “At one point, we would go out together, hold hands, just have so much fun together. I love having him around.”
The father-of-one made a rare on-screen appearance during the episode - his first in quite some time.
Since stepping away from reality TV in 2017, following the birth of his daughter Dream with ex-fiancée Blac Chyna, Rob has largely maintained a low profile.
In a July episode of Khloé in Wonder Land, he spoke candidly with Khloé about his decision to avoid the spotlight.
“I don’t wanna be filming and putting myself in a position where I’m not comfortable,” he said. “I’m not comfortable in my skin, so why would I want to go be on camera and just be vulnerable and let people in when that’s not what I want to do?”
The former reality TV star made it clear his absence from the show isn’t due to any rift with his famous family. “It just has everything to do with myself,” he said, adding, “There’s definitely nothing wrong between any of us.”
He continued: “I’m not gonna just put myself out there if I’m not comfortable with myself. I haven’t been comfortable with myself in years.”
Still, he didn’t rule out a return entirely. “Of course. I mean, I love filming if it's positive and if it's natural and I'm feeling good about myself. Then, of course, and I’m comfortable.”
Khloé has previously hinted at Rob’s potential return to reality TV, noting in 2023 that her brother was “feeling really good about himself," adding at the time: “I’m happy for him, so I have faith that, soon, he’ll be back on the show."
So whether or not fans will see more of Rob remains to be seen, but one thing’s clear: he has a close bond with his sisters.

A 2017 episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians is making the rounds again online for one of the most uncomfortable sibling moments in the show’s long history – involving Rob and Khloé Kardashian, a fever, and some very strange storytelling.
In the episode, Rob stops by Khloé’s house to hang out while she’s bedridden with cramps and a fever. Khloé, wrapped in blankets, invites her brother to lie next to her to chat, but the interaction quickly veers into awkward territory.
Rob, attempting to comfort his sister, reaches out to check her temperature with the back of his hand and even tries to spoon her. The moment already had viewers squirming, but things only got more bizarre from there.
As the two lie in bed, Khloé suddenly asks: “Do you remember when f***ed with the girl who won the Kim Kardashian lookalike contest?”

Instead of being shocked or denying it, Rob nervously laughs and steers the conversation toward another story about a woman who once came over to Khloé’s house, stripped naked, and had sex with him, only for the encounter to end in a messy and very uncomfortable way after the woman was menstruating.
Khloé, trying to recall the incident, admits she “kind of” remembers before adding another eyebrow-raising comment: “Why didn’t you ever sleep with someone who won a Khloé Kardashian lookalike contest?”
After the episode aired, fans took to social media to express their disbelief at the strange back-and-forth between the siblings. Many summed up their reaction in one simple question: “Wait, what?”
One person added: "Wait rob kardashian had sexual relations with someone who won a Kim kardashian look alike contest.........."
Clips from the episode have since resurfaced online, reigniting discussion about the family’s unfiltered on-camera dynamic. While Keeping Up With the Kardashians has always been known for its wild moments, this particular scene has remained one of the most cringe-inducing in the show’s history.

Later in the same episode, Khloé decides to turn the tables and make Rob experience what menstrual cramps actually feel like. Using an electric muscle simulator designed to mimic period pain, she attaches it to her brother, who immediately winces and groans in discomfort.
“Now you know what it’s like,” Khloé tells him, laughing as Rob squirms.
The episode wrapped with the siblings laughing off the strange day, but fans were left both amused and disturbed... proof that, even after years on air, Keeping Up With the Kardashians still knew how to push the boundaries of reality TV awkwardness.

Fans have been left horrified by a comment Khloe Kardashian made in front of her five-year-old daughter, claiming it could be "traumatizing" for the little girl.
Kourtney is mom to her daughter True, five, as well as a son, Tatum, one, who she shares with her ex Tristan Thompson.
The couple had been in an on-off relationship for several years, however, their romance was marred by several accusations of cheating on Tristan's part, meaning they are no longer together but co-parent their kids.
In a new episode of The Kardashians, fans could not get over a comment Khloe made while at a gender reveal party for her sister Kourtney Kardashian and her husband Travis Barker.
The scenes were shot before the couple recently welcomed their son, Rocky Thirteen Barker, who was born at the start of November.
Khloe was in attendance at the gender reveal party, where she recorded a video of herself guessing whether her sister was having a boy or a girl for her fourth child.
She told the camera, while standing with her five-year-old daughter: "God gives you what you need, not what you want.
"And I wanted a boy at first and look who I got, my angel girl that I can’t live life without. See, it all happens the way it’s supposed to."
The camera then turned to True, who was standing beside Khloe, with fans believing she looked "sad" in the moment.
The clip was shared to Reddit by one viewer as several others chimed in with their thoughts.
One wrote: "Wtf kind of speech was that," while someone else added: "True really does look sad, I can’t believe this happened and they shared it."
Another commented: "She looks crushed," while someone else warned: "Never say this to a child. They will carry that with them for the rest of their lives like an anchor."
One fan wrote: "Jfc why would she say that in front of her child? Disgusting", while another said sarcastically: "Aww! I love watching kids be traumatized!"
A viewer also added: "And the awful thing is, she thinks she’s saying a good thing! “You get what you need not what you want”, isn’t that GREAT?! How effing selfish and unaware can a person be!?"
It comes after Khloe shared another controversial comment, revealing that she was considering making an OnlyFans to sell pictures of her feet.
She joked: "I think it would be really lucrative. You want me to paint my nails a specific color? You got it! Wear pantyhose? No problem.
"Put my foot in some Jello? I don’t know. Sand between my toes …"
She added: "I think you get the drift of my account. Swipe up for my OnlyFans link."

Khloé Kardashian has been slammed after she sought DNA tests to confirm that her baby son Tatum was not her brother's.
Born via surrogacy in July 2022, Khloé and her former partner Tristan Thompson initially introduced their son during the premiere episode of the third season of their reality series, The Kardashians.
But Khloé has made a joke that her brother Rob Kardashian could be the father of her son Tatum, and fans aren't happy.
The reality star revealed her concerns about a possible mix-up at the surrogacy agency when Tatum didn't resemble her or Thompson.
In an episode of the SHE MD podcast featuring Dr. Thais Aliabadi and Mary Alice Haney, Khloe shared the extreme measures she took to confirm Tatum's paternity.
"I made Tristan do three DNA tests for Tatum. He was so offended," she confessed. "My son looks just like my brother. Because he was an IVF baby or a surrogate baby, I was like, 'Rob, have you ever donated sperm somewhere?'"
Despite the serious topic, Khloé joked: "In this family, that would not surprise me, but that would be so disgusting."
She recounted her persistence even after her doctor assured her of the results: "I need to do another one, I need to figure it out."
Khloé admitted that Tatum bears a "freaking weird" resemblance to her younger brother, a fact noted by several family members, including her mother Kris Jenner.
Fans were quick to express shock and disbelief on social media following Khloe's revelation. One person exclaimed: "I beg your finest pardon?" while another questioned the reality of the situation: "Is this not insane??? No way this is real."
Khloe's surrogacy journey was fraught with challenges, particularly when she discovered Tristan had fathered a child with model Maralee Nichols shortly after their embryo transfer in 2021.
Despite his infidelities, Khloe maintains that Tristan is a "nice guy" but clarified they would never reconcile.
"I'm not sure that there is one thing that hurts more than the other. Everything is an act of betrayal, everything is a lie, everything is manipulation. It's deceit," she revealed on an episode of the show.
Nichols, who gave birth to Thompson's son Theo, claimed she believed he was single and co-parenting when she initially met him at a party, according to the Mirror.
During a conversation with her sister Kim and Kourtney's ex-partner Scott Disick, Khloé confessed to feeling "less connected" to Tatum compared to the natural birth of her daughter, True, in 2018.
Reflecting on the surrogacy journey, she expressed guilt over the experience, stating: "I felt really guilty that this woman just had my baby, and I take the baby, and then I go to another room, and you're sort of separated. It's such a transactional experience."

Kourtney Kardashian seems to be the star of the 15th season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, what with the recent drama surrounding her assertion that she doesn't want to be part of America's most famous family anymore.
Certainly, while Kourtney is known to be the more laid back of the five sisters, she's braved her fair share of tabloid attention, especially when it comes to her (previously) on-again-off-again relationship with Scott Disick. And lately, it appears as if the Kardashian name has been bringing the mother-of-three more grief than joy.
Judging by the teaser for Sunday's episode, this purportedly has something to do with Kris Jenner, and the affair she had nearly 30 years ago.

The clip shows Khloé trying to resolve an argument between Kourtney and Kris, which stemmed from the 39-year-old's frustration at her mother's past. Previously, the "momager" revealed that her marriage to Rob Kardashian Sr. - father to Kourtney, Kim, Khloé and Rob - broke down in 1991 partly because of her affair with a man named Todd Waterman.
"You don't give mum the benefit of the doubt ever—from your childhood—and it's really unfair," Khloé told Kourtney. "You only remember with Todd or this or that."
Kourtney then denied that the affair has affected her relationship with her mother, saying "I don't sit there and dwell about Todd."
Kris attempted to compare her infidelity to Kourtney having a relationship with her ex-boyfriend, Younes Bendjima, while co-parenting her three children - Mason, Penelope and Reign - with her former partner, Scott Disick.
Naturally, this did not go down well with Kourtney. "I don't [have my own Todd.] I'm actually not married, and I'm not having an affair. You can't compare one to the other. That's absolutely not true," she responded.

Earlier in the series, Kourtney contentiously told Kim that she doesn't want to be a Kardashian anymore. Kim proceeded to inform Khloé, who responded by saying that her sister "can shove Kardashian up her f*cking vagina".
This remark most probably had something to do with the fact that Kim and Kourtney had an argument at the beginning of the episode - which culminated in Kim ordering her older sister to leave her Calabasas mansion.
In other Kardashian-related controversy, the sisters have reportedly cut ties with their longtime makeup artist and friend, Joyce Bonelli. Bonelli has been working with the Kardashians since before they were breaking the internet, and last year she asserted that they "text every other day", and "they're like my sisters". Now, however, a source has told US Weekly that not only has she not "worked for them for months" but that "the family doesn't speak to her anymore".
[[instagramwidget||https://www.instagram.com/p/BmTrRbbAktB/?taken-by=joycebonelli]]
After doing a little snooping, it's apparent that the Kardashians don't even follow Bonelli on Instagram anymore, even though she still follows the family and posts about them occasionally.
But apparently, it's not quite what it seems. According to the US Weekly source, "They just stopped working with her because they didn’t see it as a right fit anymore."
Never an ordinary day in the Kardashian family, eh?
