Earlier this year, Kylie Jenner was named as the youngest self-made billionaire on the planet by Forbes for the second year in a row.
In 2018, Jenner told Forbes that she invested $250,000 of her own money from modeling gigs in 2015 to pay an outside company to produce the first 15,000 lip kits. As you may have heard, this proved to be a rather lucrative business decision.
Now, at just 22-years-old, Jenner is the youngest self-made billionaire after starting her cosmetics and skincare companies Kylie Cosmetics and Kylie Skin, respectfully.
However, in these difficult times, how is Jenner supposed to advertise her range of products when film studios and production crews are all unavailable due to lockdown measures? Well, she didn't become a billionaire without knowing how to promote herself - and her products - on social media.
Fully understanding the age-old motto "sex sells", Jenner - who recently bought a mansion in Los Angeles for a cool $36.5 million - took to Instagram to share a video of her applying her SPF oil spray while lounging poolside.

I'll take 45 bottles...
Captioning the video "don’t forget your SPF", Jenner shared the clip to her 3.4 million followers on the KylieSkin Instagram channel. She also shared the clip with her 172 million followers on her personal page.
And judging from the comments, it is working perfectly:
Jenner also shared a video of her 'quarantine friend' enjoying some KylieSkin products:

Back in November, Jenner signed a deal that saw her sell a 51% stake in Kylie Cosmetics to beauty giant Coty Inc. for a whopping $600 million.

And writing on KylieSkin.com, the KUWTK star reveals how she dreamt up her second business, writing:
"Skincare and makeup go hand in hand and Kylie Skin was something I dreamt up soon after Kylie Cosmetics. I’ve been working on this for what feels like a lifetime so I can’t believe it’s finally here! Building my makeup line from the ground up has taught me a lot and I’m so blessed with that knowledge to apply to my brand new company!"
However, despite her spot-on product promotion, Jenner has recently come under fire for "photoshopping" some of her recent bikini posts.
